I imagine Cena will be like Hogan, he won't retire or be injured or go corporate. Just be forever around entertaining fans.

I can't wait till he goes part time. That's not even because I don't like him, I think he's great in ring and look forward to most of his main events. I just think that his indomitable, never give up, never quit character is built more for part time and big matches only. When you do it week to week it gets boring. Anderson Silva beats everybody over in the UFC but I still eagerly await his fights. If I saw them every week it'd just be "Silva wins LOL"

When his jorts start making him look like he has a midlife crisis going on. 2 or 3 years.

I doubt that much longer. This is his 13th world title reign, so he's three away from tying Flair. If, and that's a big if, he gets a 14th, I feel that would probably be his last.
I don't think they want to just "run Cena into the ground"- I think their continued reliance on Cena as the top face is due to them trying to find the one guy who they trust could fill his jorts, which not only entails ring and mic skill, but loyalty to WWE and a knack for public relations. Not a big field.
