Oh don't worry. Shitty consoles with SEGA games included are dime a dozen. Just go to Brazil and you'll find about 100 different ones.

I don't think it's fair to include these knockoff "all-in-one" consoles. They're a dime-a-dozen and all really shoddy and bad.
Also I agree with everyone else about the Saturn. It got outclassed by Playstation in terms of price and sheer quantity of games, but there were some really good games on the system. Dragon Force, Shining Force III, Panzer Dragoon Saga. and Guardian Heroes are all quality.

The worst I've ever personally owned was the Sega Saturn, and that's counting the Virtual Boy. I can appreciate the Saturn now - I didn't have most of the better games for it - but at the time, it just seemed like a colossal waste. There were hardly any Saturn games to rent or buy around here, and it seemed like I always got the short end of the stick compared to the PS1. It's the only system I've ever sold.

I am a gaming system collector. The worst that I own is the CD-I there are almost no games that I would consider even average. The controllers are terrible too. I kind of like the Virtual Boy. While it has a small library, the good games are really good (this is the same for a Neo Geo Pocket). The Jaguar is pretty bad, but Tempest 2000 is so amazing.

Xbox 360.
I only had the console for a year, before I got the "Red Ring of Death."
It was pretty unusable after that.

The virtual boy. It's not enough for other systems to have a limited selection of games, this thing took it to another level and made sure you had to have it in a certain physical place or else suffer neck damage. All for a very cheap version of 3d effects limited to black and red. You didn't just suffer neck damage from playing the Virtual Boy. The thing also hurt your eyes, and didn't even have any games that were worth the stress it caused on your body. Yeah, there were bad consoles like 3D0 and Jaguar, but at least they didn't hurt your body and had at least a few games worth playing (3DO = Super Street Fighter II, Road Rash. Jaguar = Doom, Aliens Vs. Predator, Tempest 2000). It may end up with a few good games, but I hope the Xbox One turns out to be the biggest commercial flop of any video game console. At launch, and forever thereafter. I hope people take a stand against the most draconian DRM scheme ever conceived and outright boycott the Xbox One.

I can't hate on the Virtual Boy...I rented it from the local video place and had lots of fun with Red Alert and Teleroboxer (though both were hard as hell for a 12 year old). My vote goes for the R-Zone as well. When I first saw that, I just saw...no point whatsoever. Why even bother making such a thing?

Atari Jaguar.
Oh boy...that system was garbage. I got mine for 20 bucks and I paid 19.99 too much for it. I've had just about every system released in NA from Atari 2600 through Wii U, but the Jag was just awful. I can't remember a handful of good games for it. I even liked the 32X...which is saying something but this system...no way was it what they advertised. Do the math?...yeah right.

I'd like to add a couple that may or may not count but I think they need mentioning. First, Mattel's attempt at a console for the younger crowd. With a library so small it makes the Vitual Boy's game count seem HUGE, it's the Hyper Scan. Hailing from before Apple was cool they teamed up with Bandai to produce the adorably named Pippin, 18 titles and according to wikipedia a massive 42,000 units sold. As someone from UK side I want to give a little mention the Amiga CD32, not because it was bad really, more because it was kinda... pointless. As much as I love the 16/32 bit Amiga computers this just didn't seem necessary, most if not all the games were just ports from the computers with a bit of extra polish if you were lucky. The only cool thing about it is that you could buy 3rd party devices allowing you to convert the console into a Amiga 1200 computer.

It looks like they tried to mate PSX controllers with N64 and SNES ones and the offspring came out horribly wrong.

It certainly is... erm... interesting. Here's a closer look at it thanks to the intergalactic space arcade.

I disagree with the people saying Jaguar. I have one and for the most part it's pretty hit or miss, there are some good games and a lot of mediocre ones. Same with the 3DO. I don't have the Jaguar CD nor will I probably ever, I don't think it's worth the financial risk for a potentially broken hunk of shit with like ten games in total. That said, I do also own a CD-I just for the sake of owning one. It works perfectly but it's still a notoriously shitty system and I knew that when I bought it. I just wanted one. I have two of the Zelda games but I still need Zelda's Adventure.

Also, why is it specifically SEGA? Bootlegs mainly. The Master System was total KING over there, so it was the big target of the cash-ins. Just like you need a supercomputer to count the Famicom clones in Asia.
