My Toronto Blue Jays may have won 8 in a row, but we will really need to win this upcoming series against the Baltimore Orioles (and their young talent) if we are to have any implication of making a comeback this season.

Normally Andrew Bailey would be feeling the ire of Boston after another blown save, but between Aaron Hernandez, Doc Rivers and the Bruins I don't think anyone noticed.

CBS Sports' Jon Heyman was told by one person around the Yankees that Alex Rodriguez is making "fantastic" progress from hip surgery.

Anything to get excited about Friday?
I mean, we go from 2 heartstopping NBA Finals and a 6-5 Stanley Cup Finals OT thriller to..... Rangers-Cardinals is as good as we can do.

Red Sox manager John Farrell said Andrew Bailey is no longer the team's closer. Well, that was relatively quick. Also, thank you Jhonny for bailing out our shitty bullpen. Seriously, the only guys I can rely on to be consistently good are Smyly and Benoit (maybe Putkonen, but I haven't seen much of him yet). Also, good to see Alvarez have another good outing. Hopefully he can keep it up while Sanchez is recovering.

Red Sox manager John Farrell said Andrew Bailey is no longer the team's closer. Tazawa or Uehara? Meanwhile, God the Yankees cannot hit. And Joba Chamberlain is fairly terrible.

Almost brought it back at the bottom of the inning but that top of the 9th was not good for Atlanta.

Chicago's going through the same situation. Both baseball teams would be hammered against the wall, but you have the 'Hawks and Bears taking up most of the air-time. They MIGHT mention a baseball game if one of the teams could actually...you know, WIN ONE. Chicago newscasting is just a bunch of front-runners anyway.

The Yankees ruined him the second they tried making him a starter. Then the Red Sox thought "hey, let's try the same thing with Daniel Bard".
