Since becoming the man at WM21 how many times has Cena been pinned cleanly with no shenanigans in a match? I can only think of 3:
The Rock at WM28. HBK on RAW from the UK, think it was in 08. HHH on RAW think it was the 08 draft.
Any others? Not gonna count Punk cause of the Big Johnny distraction at MITB. Edge's cash in can't be counted either.

Triple H at Night of Champions in 2008.
I know Khali pinned him clean on a show during their 2007 feud. SNME maybe?

HHH pinned Cena during the weekly handicap matches build to Backlash 2006 also involving Edge. I think it must be more than 2 or 3 times HHH has pinned him clean.

Justin Gabriel, of all people, has a clean pin on Cena during the WWE vs Nexus tag match at Raw 900.

I do remember that Big Show one. He just flat out beat him, like there was nothing to it. Of course it was on TV though, not PPV.

I don't think you can really consider the Cena/Punk/Ryback finish clean... it would've been clean if Ryback pinned Cena and the Shield hadn't run in.

Yeah but The Shield interfering didn't change anything for Cena. He was out regardless. Shield's interference just made sure it was Punk who pinned him and not Ryback.

Does Cena hold any clean one on one wins over Triple H aside from WM22? I'd find it humorous if Trips won the series 2-1.

There was a weird period in 2008 when he lost clean to Randy Orton at Wrestlemania and Backlash, Triple H at Night Of Champions, JBL at Great American Bash and Batista at Summerslam 2008. I'm trying to think of a time the top babyface ever lost clean more. The Rock during 2000 or so maybe?
What is kind of strange is that he lost clean to probably every other big main event star of the 2005-present era except the guy he had the biggest long term rivalry with in Edge. The closest I can think of to a CLEAN win for Edge was No Way Out 2009 but he had help from Mysterio and Jericho, so some people might put an asterisk next to that one despite it being within the rules of the match.

Pretty sure it was just to make Big Show look good heading into Mania, since otherwise he was basically only part of that match because there was nothing else for him to do.

If Cena's tag team partner turns on him, but doesn't actually do anything illegal in the match's rules, does that count?
Because I would really love to add Heath Slater to this list.

Let me get this straight. In the 8 years that Cena has been the top guys, he has been pinned cleanly more times than Hogan did during his 8 year run at the top of the WWF. That is what I am reading when I look at Andrew's post.
