Kidman and Sick Boy were obviously heroin addicts, but I think the others were just addicts in general. For instance, we know Saturn preferred meth. Ahem. But really, I think only those two were out and out heroin addicts, and the rest were just grungy and probably homeless.

Weirdly, I remember an article in WCW Magazine back in the day, where a writer "went to Raven's home turf" to get the scoop on the Flock. The way it was written, "Raven" basically out and out said that Sick Boy and Van Hammer were drug addicts he was manipulating. Kidman he just talked about as "being allowed to finally be his true self". Saturn was referenced as someone that goes way back with Raven, and Lodi was "just kept around because he's fun to hit".

More like fun to hit ON - Stevie Richards circa 1998

I remember the Jennifer Anniston/Rey Mysterio rumours. It was back in 1996 I remember seeing it in the newspapers over here Rey talked about those rumors in his book. Said he liked the attention it got him. lol

related to mysterio-aniston, i just read fabulous moolah was claiming she dated hank williams but broke up with him because of his heroin addiction. this was interesting to me because i'm a huge fan of hank williams and never once heard anything about him and heroin. painkillers and booze, absolutely, they killed him. but heroin? nopes. any searches attempting to link hank, heroin, or moolah, only ever point to her book where i'm guessing she just made it up. not that big a deal i guess considering the much worse stuff moolah did, but interesting that apparently on one ever called her out on it.

Sylvain Grenier made his first appearance in WWE on the RAW after Mania 18 in Montreal.
I always thought his first appearance was as the ref in Rock/Hogan 2 at No Way Out but apparently not.
On this RAW he's backstage just as a local boy, he excitedly greets Jericho, who had lost the Undisputed title the night before, says something about Montreal wanting to rub it in Jericho's face and then gets the crap beaten out of him.

Oh man, what a great one. IIRC, there was this MSG-exclusive feud that Bobby and Fuji had for a few shows - Brain had talked smack about Fuji for a couple shows, Fuji would taunt him when his guys were wrestling, and I think this was the culmination of it all.

Bobby was tied up doing the TV and had Fuji manage his men. Naturally, Heenan's guys would lose and Bobby got all bent out of shape, blaming Fuji for being an incompetent manager. And Gorilla would laugh at them.

Two heel managers were going to war against each other on the house show circuit yet they never once acknowledged the issue on the syndicated shows, even the ones Heenan did commentary on during a match featuring Fuji.

That was an interesting match; Fuji got in a lot more offense than I'd expect for 1991.
Did Heenan get revenge, or was this the blow-off?

I see Triple H and Kevin Owens vs. Dean Ambrose and Sami Zayn happened at a house show in Paris, France last night. Here's an even more amazing thing: Triple H and Owens LOST! UPDATED: Video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=7fcUWB0Rr_U

Found Nick Bockwinkel vs. Jumbo Tsuruta from 2/23/1984, where Jumbo wins the AWA title.
What I didn't know: Terry Funk refereed in a tuxedo, sans jacket. The shirt was orange and ruffled. Terry looked like he came off the set of "Saturday Night Fever".

Are there any more house show specific feuds out there that never really got mentioned on TV if at all? The "Hulk Hogan being carried off on a stretcher" angle after a Dino Bravo bear hug was the last "Montreal exclusive" storyline on WWF French TV. (Hogan won the return/blowoff match with, naturally, a bear hug.)
