Fabulous Moolah, Gillberg & Mae Young defeat Platinum Nat & The Executioners (Executioner #43 & Executioner #57) (10:37) MCW @ Bally's At Ocean Downs in Berlin, Maryland, USA
What an odd tag team.

I'm pretty sure they were close to hiring him at one point before he got injured according to his Art of Wrestling episode with Stephanie even asking him when they were going to hire him.

That "Hidden Gems" collection on WWE Network has a lot of lost classics, including very high quality footage of purple-gloved Undertaker taking on Kane (as Unibomb) from SMW circa 1995.

I think Cornette said on his podcast that it was probably in one of the tape collections they'd bought from GA, and only just found it.

Knowing the way they felt about each other, it's possible whoever did it second was intentionally trying to piss the person who did it first off.

Sunny and Sable committing a celebrity fashion crime by wearing the same dress around the same time in 1996, how the hell did either of them let this happen? I doubt they shared it Farooq looks thrilled.

The fact that they actually found The Last Battle of Atlanta is amazing to me. I think Cornette said on his podcast that it was probably in one of the tape collections they'd bought from GA, and only just found it. Wasn't there also some speculation that Paul Ellering had managed to have a copy, and that it, as well as his daughter working there, is why he was working for WWE again? I wasn't sure if that was ever confirmed or denied.

I wasn't sure if that was ever confirmed or denied. That was the rumor but the official story from the WWE archivist is the footage was found in the last or two on a mislabeled or poorly labeled bit of footage. It was just labeled "random omni footage" or similar.
