In the Wrestling Observer: WWE wants Nakamura.
Would be a good fit, but does Shinskay want to risk damaging what he has to try his luck at being the first Japanese WWE Champion?
Also, ANY chance New Japan ever does business with NXT ever again if they do sign him away from them?

If Nakamura went to the WWE, he'd hold the I-C strap for the next decade. Move over Owens.

Not New Japan related, but I guess this is basically an all purpose Puroresu thread anyway, Masaaki Mochizuki vs Shingo Tagaki from Dragon Gate's 1/11 show was absolutely fantastic; great psychology, awesome back and forth action, a really good comeback story from Mochizuki, and an awesome finishing sequence. Really great stuff from both guys.
****1/2
Also, is it time for a new thread?

Look for in 2016 a NJPW oldheads vs All Japan feud. Jun Akiyama questioned if guys like Nagata, Nakanshi, and Tencozy are happy with their positions in New Japan. Nagata replied with "Were not OK". enuhito.com/eng/?p=349

Just signed up for NJPW World. Are there any hopes of an iOS app release in the future?

Tomorrow's show airing on New Japan World sets up the G1 Tag Finals.
If Great Bash Heel defeats Okada and Hashi, they will win Block A due to having the tiebreaker over Unbreakable Ace, but if Okada and Hashi wins, Tanahashi and Elgin will advance.
In Block B it's down to Meiyu Tag taking on Los Ingobernables, with The Winners of that match advancing to take on Block A winners on Wednesday.

I want #BigMike to storm the rest of the G1 Tag.

How many more shows in the G1, 2? After it is over we'll move to the new thread.

All the departures as well as Yuji Hino looking to be a big gain for them only to jump ship to W-1 have left them with a skeleton crew.

It's looking like another invasion angle with the NJPW oldheads doing a Space Cowboys and trying to prove they still got the right stuff. Minus Akebono and Go, it's the same people. They got some strong young prospects who will eventually get their time in the spotlight. Plus they are a lot more willing to work with puroresu indies and bring in unconventional people. I still don't get why Hino went to Wrestle-1 because they are in worst condition than All Japan. It's like when Sanada went to GFW after TNA. Somehow he managed to downgrade.

I think Shibata and Goto will appear and counteract Bushi's interference that he's been doing and set up a rematch between them at WK.

Makabe and Honma have finally done it as Great Bash Heel are your 2015 G1 Tag Champions, defeating Los Ingobernables to win it and earn the right to challenge Bullet Club for The IWGP Tag Belts at The Tokyo Dome. Makabe after the match promised that the next time he aand Honma are in Sendai, they will be Champions.
Also, during The Event ROH Champion Jay Lethal appeared in a video and announced his intention to defend The Title at The Dome.

After today's events, it looks like we might be getting Ishii vs Shibata again at WK.
I am DEFINITELY not complaining.
