Should have hired Cena's lawyer instead of Hogan's. Or actually gotten divorced...

Never get married. I know so many dudes taken to the cleaners because of archaic laws and bullshit like "maintenance".

Absolute, utter bulls***. Just like alot of the marriage laws in the US that hand money to ex-spouses who did absolutely NOTHING to earn it. It's thievery...

This is why theres a hundred "48 Hours" episodes of wives being murdered. The laws re set everywhere to screw the guy over completely. Im all fpr equal rights, not sure why the courts arent.

This is why theres a hundred "48 Hours" episodes of wives being murdered. The laws re set everywhere to screw the guy over completely. Im all fpr equal rights, not sure why the courts arent. You enter into a legal contract with someone for a life partnership. You take 8 years to dissolve that partnership even after deciding it's over. Due to your dithering and inability to get done in 8 years what most people can do in 1, you suffer an unfortunate circumstance when you come into money that the legal contract stipulates must be split when your contract is dissolved with your partner. Oops. Sucks to be you. But not a matter of the courts being unfair, just a matter of you being lazy and somewhat unlucky about getting out of a contract that you no longer wished to honor. There are other issues with divorces that are legitimately unfair (the bias toward the mother keeping the children, for example), but this ain't one of them. And it is CERTAINLY no justification whatsoever for killing your partner.

Probably the most horrifying thread Ghidorah has posted.
It'd be funny if he turns down the lottery money just so his ex-wife won't get it.

My parents seperated in 1995, they are not divorced. It happen's.
I find it funny in that if he didn't ask for a divorce, he could have had all the money to himself.
But if he is going to loose out here, the solution is simple. Donate all of it to a charity and let her be the bad guy asking for it back.

Does he have any living relatives? Parents? Siblings? He should have let one of them cash the ticket so he could avoid this situation.
