It makes sense in that you don't want Cena's win overshadowing Bryan's.
But now that Cena is back, the casual fans won't care as much about Bryan, so when they do eventually give him the belt (if they do, which is looking less and less likely), it wont be the "moment" that it could have been on the last couple of PPVs.

The show opened with a decent triple threat tag match and...well you might as well have just shut it off after that because that was it.
Ignoring match results. Just the matches themselves. No fun to be had.
I place it at the GAB 2005 level of bad PPVs.
