Next month, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences will announce what movies will be getting the chance to win Best Picture. Listed above are 20 movies that have been getting a lot of buzz and have great chances of getting nominated. So which do you believe will be chosen?
Right now, I'm predicting 12 Years, All is Lost, Hustle, Captain Phillips, Dallas Buyers Club, Gravity, Her, The Butler and Wolf on Wall Street getting the nods with 12 Years taking it.

Captain Phillips and Dallas Buyers Club seem like locks. I'm hoping 42 gets some consideration (with Ford for Best Supporting Actor).

Well I'm sure there is going to be plenty of others nominated for best pictures and some being contenders.
But I'm sure the two front runners are: 1. 12 years a slave 2. Gravity
And the others in no order: 3. American Hustle 4. Captain Phillips 5. The Butler 6. Her 7. Nebraska 8. Wolf on Wall Street 9. Inside Llewyn Davis 10. Saving Mr Banks

Based on what I've seen and the reviews of what I haven't, I'd wager the five to get nominated'd be: 12 Years a Slave, Gravity, Captain Phillips, American Hustle, and Dallas Buyers Club.

I don't think you'll see 10 films nominated tomorrow. I have 8 and really I'd have 7 if possible. Locks are 12 Years, Gravity, and American Hustle. Wolf of Wall St., Her, Philomena are more certain, Captain Phillips gets in because of Hanks appeal and it was good. My outsider to the part is Dallas Buyers Club since it's picking up steam, but I wouldn't be surprised to see Inside Llewyn Davis here instead.

12 Years a Slave American Hustle Captain Phillips Dallas Buyers Club Gravity Her Nebraska Saving Mr. Banks The Wolf of Wall Street
That's my prediction. If there's a 10th, my guess would be Blue Jasmine.

The Locks: 1) 12 Years a Slave (Best Picture winner) 2) Gravity 3) American Hustle 4) Nebraska 5) Blue Jasmine
More Than Likely: 6) Dallas Buyers Club 7) Her 8) The Wolf of Wall Street
Maybes: 9) Inside Llewynn Davis 10) Philomena/August: Osage County (Because Weinstein always gets a movie nominated)
Dark Horses: Frozen Captain Phillips

And since I'm bored: PROP BET.
Leonardo DiCaprio will FINALLY get that Best Actor award for his performance in The Wolf of Wall Street.

The fact that Before Midnight doesn't even get a chance at nabbing a nomination makes me sad.
