I like Sheamus and I like that he never loses. Dude's a beast!

He beats mid and low carders on television but he never actually wins any important matches. He's won one pay-per-view match in the last 18 months.

Sheamus is a Saiyan. Ask yourself: How many times did his distant cousin, Goku, lose a fight?

When anyone goes for the cover, him being on his back reflects the lighting, which gives his opponents severe headaches and potentially retinal damage. Going for a pin on Sheamus is like Archer putting on the night vision goggles...

He's an uppercard face that actually puts on good matches, has a unique look, works with their schedule and overall he's great at doing what they need him to do.
Sheamus is underrated as a whole.

just had an idea for Sheamus based on this
okay a lower card guy gets a win over a tag competitor. Say Zack Ryder rolls up Curtis Axel, and then get beat down by Axel and Ryback, then he gets a mystery tag partner and it's Sheamus and he just stands back and watches the carnage

They should have turned him into HHH and Steph's protege once Randy started losing. Made Randy a tweener(which he is now anyway) and turn Sheamus. He could have the belt, main event mania and they throw the 18 seconds in Bryan's face over and over.

Totally Sheamus' fault that he isn't more popular or doesn't have a better connection with the crowd...especially with feuds like this current one.
Give me a break.

I don't think I've seen anyone blaming him. It's mostly the writers' fault - Sheamus as a heel was always a pussy when he should've been an unstoppable beast, and as a face instead of being a badass brawler fighting every challenge that comes his way and always looking for someone bigger, he grins, tells bad jokes, and every single feud he has he just faces the same person over and over again for months and always wins. He's boring as hell and it's entirely due to the writers having no idea how to use him properly.

Triple H's buddy.
they gave him that lame hot shot to the main event in 09/10 and he flopped..guy is terrible tbh. i honestly can't think of a good sheamus match that isn't a multi man spot fest.

Oh, I'd forgotten to add that I'd thought he'd also beaten Sandow at some PPV too, but apparently that was only a pre-show. So I guess you're right.

They kinda just put him in the slot that Randy Orton was occupying from the time he dropped the title to Miz to when he turned heel/cashed in MITB.

Not only that but he was injured for 7 months, so the 18 months thing needs a big asterisk next to it.

The only time his character has ever seemed right was when he turned face and he was just looking for a fight. He can be the big star they want but their terrible, repetitive booking of him is ruining him.

It's weird because he's not on his last strike like Orton, they seem to not care about injuries since he has a hard hitting match every week, but they have no idea what do with him since they have more popular faces.
