Here's to the portable handheld game machine everyone loved. My favorite game on the system was probably this: So yeah go gameboy and your limited colours

Final Fantasy Adventure, Link's Awakening and Super Mario Land 2 are awesome.

The Game Boy Was released in Japan (followed by a North American release on July 31st of 1989) Trailer is cool, who knew space aliens would bring us the game boy

I just tried booting up my original Gameboy alas some old batteries left in it appear to have leaked and it no longer seems to work I have a spare black one, but my first ever game system appears to be dead, damn. EDIT: It's not dead! If I use the AC Adaptor it work fine .. phew.

I have a colour somewhere with Pokemon Red stuck in it. I'd try to fork out my old games, but they're probably lying in about a dozen old discarded couches right about now (never did put them back in their boxes)

Seriously. Dude's one of my heroes. The only reason I own a WonderSwan is as a tribute to this man, as it was his final project before he died. I've always wondered if he were alive today if he'd have returned to Nintendo at any point and how different their handheld direction would be f he did.

So let's talk about the games I'm going to kick off with the classic: Tetris Even after all this time I do find other versions of Tetris not quite as fluid as this one. So what was you high score? Did you get a rocket? Was B Mode better and should I change the music to B or C?
