Wow,that really sucks, especially for Grey and Diaz. Talk about not giving someone a chance. As for Grey, for all we know he had a shit attitude and was an overall garbage employee. So my guess is that he had his chance. As for Guerrero, she's so young that it could've been a ton of personal/professional factors stemming from past problems she had. She's a Guerrero so if anyone can persevere and bounce back from this, it's Shaul.

Not one, not two, but THREE BRITS?!? I guess that's what we get for having two (maybe three after Extreme Rules) British champions.

Guess we see who were in the bottom percentile in NXT. While it sucks they just lost their jobs, WWE is making room for new folks to come in. Burch and Grey can always go back to Europe mainly WXW where Burch was beloved as Martin Stone. Shaul is a curious case of why bring her back just to release her again. Mason I thought was in good standings especially after being personally chosen by HHH for his workout tape. Since the real McCoy is back, there was no need for Welshtista. He could always join his fellow Welshmen, Rob Terry, in Wrestle-1.

No I'm saying for all we know he had a bad attitude and was horrible to work with. It's just a common thing for people to dismiss a firing as "the talent didn't get a chance!" when it's still a company and employees are evaluated for what they do OUTSIDE the ring just as much as inside the ring.

In regards to Oliver Grey, what f***ed him honestly was getting injured, which is a shame. It really sends a bad message to guys in NXT. Get injured, f*** you. How dare you work for our company and get injured.
I guess what's really sad for all three guys here is they're all Brits, and they can't go on the american indies and be indy stars like everyone else released from NXT because they don't have green cards anymore. The same happened with DJ Gabriel/Steve Lewington, who I thought had a lot of talent, but was strapped with a bad dancing gimmick. I'm not sure of the British and European wrestling scene, I just know a lot of Brits always want to come to the States because well, that's where WWE and TNA are. Though, I guess they can go the Japan route like Prince Devitt.
As for Raquel, I know she left and then was resigned, and was going to be part of the Aces and 8s gimmick they were having for Baron Corbin.
Danny Burch as well, he never really got an opportunity to do anything since he showed up in NXT, which is odd, as he seemed like a pretty big star in the UK and Europe. But yeah, Mason Ryan though I think suffered from WWE seeming to really get some mega stars for NXT, guys who are ready now. They grabbed KENTA, Prince Devitt is on his way, Drake Younger maybe a referee but you never know, Kevin Steen seems to be finishing up his dates, they still have to debut Solomon Crowe, Kalisto/Samuray Del Sol is coming to TV soon, and if you're not an over the top personality like an Enzo Amore, if you're green, you might be f***ed. Guys like Travis Tyler or Troy McLean could be put on notice because NXT is looking to get the best of the best. They're losing Bo Dallas and Adam Rose, Rusev and Woods are pretty much on the main roster now. They're looking pretty stacked.

Mason Ryan is huge, he'll either get a shot over in Japan teaming with Rob Terry or TNA will pick him up. Shaul will probably go back to modeling and so forth. No idea about the others though.

Why even bring Shaul back then? Well..obviously they liked her. Something must have happened recently.

How dare you work for our company and get injured. It's less about him getting injured and more about his tag team partner moving on to the upper tier without him. WWE wasn't going to wait around for him and keep Neville in a holding pattern. Adrian proved he didn't need a partner and that killed Grey's stock.

Shame for Grey. He never really got a chance to be anything more than "Other English Guy for Neville to win the tag belts with" because of that knee injury. Ryan seemed like it was a matter of time. Burch didn't get anywhere, but never got anything to work with, so it's a bit of tough luck for him. And Diaz is a strange one given how prominent she was in NXT during her first tenure, yet never actually appeared in her second.

It's not like NXT has a booming tag division. And even if there was no one on the developmental roster he could mesh with, they could've picked a main roster talent to help him get over with the fans.
