I kinda like that it was the single member of the team that I least expected to leave it.

I didn't really mind this swerve because it was unexpected. Maybe it will be bad, maybe will be good. But I felt the Shield did all they can do without dropping down the card and this is an interesting shift at the top of the card.

It was about damn time too. We need heels, we got one. We needed a turn that made sense, we got one. This should be awesome.

Now that I think about it, Rollins is also probably considered the one expendable enough to feed to Daniel Bryan.
Matches should be pretty great too.

It's ok. Fan favorite superface Ambrose is going to lead the company into a new era.
Remember all the NWO shirts? That's nothing compared to the billions of dollars in NOPE merch that'll be flying off the shelves.

I didn't really mind this swerve because it was unexpected. Honestly, that's the thing that really pisses me off about this turn. It doesn't make a lot of sense from a storyline perspective, it just feels like a swerve for the sake of swerve.

I was looking forward to a long term babyface stable and the things they could do. They've never really had a main event level babyface stable that was a collective unit of equals fighting for the greater good. Think of all you could do with an unstoppable moral police force roving the WWE universe. But nope, gotta do Triple H/Randy Orton heel alignment #32,142.
I'm not even mad. I'm just exhausted. I wanted to see something new. Why can't stables be used as a long term attraction on their own instead of a vehicle to get singles stars over? So confusing and frustrating.

They may have killed any potential that Seth has as a true babyface down the road. What a stupid f***ing move. The guy is the most like a face, his offense is of a face, hell he puts himself on the line far more than the other two...like a face!!!
Dean and Seth should have stayed face. It should have been Roman who turned. He and Orton would go well together.

The exact look on my face for the last three hours. Fixed for you right there. A terrible RAW with a terrible ending.

A Semi-Markish attempt to make sense of it.....
Rollins has been stewing since the last "breakup" tease...biding his time...seeing the "Machine" get behind Reigns and Ambrose...while He put his body on the line and was always seen as "The other guy".
At Payback.....He'd had enough. He was going to beat Evolution, but he was going to make DAMN sure he was going to be "The Man" in The Shield, all the big spots, taking out the "Muscle" of Evolution, Taking out The Leader of Evolution, walking away from a Pedigree. He kept the Shield together.....
Why couldn't the fans see him? See HIS hard work?
(Will admit I'm wrong If his "Why I Dood It" promo isn't basically this next week)

It's shocking and it sucks, but wtf were they supposed to do for the next three months? Feud with RyBaxel? Compete against each other in the MITB? Something had to be done.

I figured The Shield breakup was coming soon and they had an amazing run, but I thought turning Seth was a bad idea. On top of that doing it via him joining Evolution makes no sense. Why go to all the trouble and have two brutal matches against them? Why join a team you just beat twice?

I was ready to see the best of Dean Ambrose in Evolution. But WWE took it away from me.
