Stuff I think really holds up: Batman Beyond and most of the DCAU, Sonic SatAM, The Raccoons (obviously)... Of course I agree with you...but what do you think of the specials? I think those hold up a bit less than the series, especially the first two which were preachy and full of cheesy dialogue (the whole "chocolate pudding" exchange from On Ice, for instance). Lost Star fares a bit better, but has its share of narmy lines, plus Dottie West as Melissa can be jarring...though that can be said for all specials versions of her if you're used to the series characterization (esp. Susan Roman version). Lost Star was easily the best one, the others are kinda predictable kids fluff standard for the time. The show got deeper and smarter as it went on (note Cyril Sneer's gradual face turn)- it always tried to tackle issues and teach lessons, but it became less overbearing.

You want to see how much Cyril changed? Look at the full circle moment on the next-to-last episode! Surely the Cyril who wanted to deforest the Evergreen Forest and pave over the lake would not shed a tear over the fishing hole being polluted. Oh and I still rock songs from the soundtrack out my car window.

The Peanuts specials and the Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show aged pretty well, as per Charles Schulz's rule of timelessness. (Flashbeagle might be the only exception as it thrived on '80s trends for its mere existence)
