This is just random stuff heels don't do much/at all anymore that they should do again.
Kicking the bottom rope in frustration when things don't go their way.
Leapfrogging/tossing opponent over top rope then pointing to their head indicating how smart they are, before turning around and getting clobbered by the face.
Holding the ropes for leverage during holds and letting go, then resuming holding the ropes as the ref misses it the first few times.
Smacking the face with a weapon when the ref isn't looking.
During the "hope spot" when the face makes their comeback, dramatically overselling moves.
Undoing the top turnbuckle, regardless whether the heel or face gets smacked into it.
Choking the face with a chinlock for a while, then adjusting the arm position so when the ref checks it isn't an air choke.
Add your own. =P

Begging the face for mercy
Dibiase was the best at it.

Have a go-to taunt they do at every opportunity during the match, to an obsessive degree. Like Jeff Jarrett, Alex Wright, Disco Inferno, etc.

Handlebar mustache.
However, that may make them a face.

Doing that thing where they get into the ring during a tag team match and distract the referee, who misses the faces making a legal tag and forcing the legal man back to the apron.

One of my favorites was when Regal would try to play nice to the ref while he was still choking his opponent with his leg on their throat.

Pretty much anything that doesn't make you a bad ass. Too many people portraying bad asses because they grew up watching the mid to late 90's and early 2000's. I want a chicken shit heel with all these mannerisms listed and more. It seems guys are afraid of heat where people want to kill you/slash your tires. CM Punk was good at this until his worked shoot in 2011.

old school crowd work and not like, "Your sports team sucks!!!!"
But more along the lines of picking one or two people out of the front row to pick on.

Hit Girl's pretty much spot on with all of hers. The definitive answer to the thread would be "Pretty much everything The Million Dollar Man ever did". He was the master of heel mannerisms.
I'll add "using the ropes for leverage during a pin" to the list.

grabbing in them in a headlock, pulling them over to the ropes and dragging their eyes along the top rope
Another one using a headlock, turning away from the ref while holding someone in a standing headlock and jabbing your thumb into their throat.
bald guys claiming the face grabbed their hair at some point.

That weird wrist stretch that a lot of UK wrestlers do, you know the one, where they bob their head to left and right, shake wrists, etc.

Offer the hand for a "test of strength" then knee them in the gut.

Long argument with referees after a very close near fall. Have one instance where this leads to the heel's downfall.

I don't think anything bugs me more these days than how heels distracting faces mid-match means absolutely f***-all and the face always just immediately wins anyway. Like the other week when Swagger distracted Adam Rose only for him to turn around and beat Sandow anyway. It really would have benefited everyone involved to have Sandow steal the cheap roll-up - Rose could've always gotten the win back the next week, it wouldn't have made Swagger look like such a useless moron, Sandow could look at least semi-competent, and it'd have made the Swagger / Rose mini-feud have a bit more back and forth than just, "Rose shows up Swagger every week then beats him."
