Ordered the show tonight and it's so damn choppy for me. There's no way it's my internet as I've watched other iPPV's without a problem. But yet, I see I'm the only one having issues.

The show was fun live, but there were issues. We weren't let in until about 8:10 because of the NYWC show that ran before EVOLVE. The wait time for the cage being set up was crazy, too.
I got a lot of work done during the cage intermission, though. Haha.

Added to the 3/28 show: Champion vs Champion Galloway vs Gargano
and a SHINE 6 women tag match.
also tentatively signed Rich Swann, Biff Busick, Drew Gulak, Tommy End, Ethan Page, Caleb Konley and Brian Cage with So Cal Val.
I've never seen Tommy End or Rich Swann live before so I'm REALLY looking forward to that.
I like the idea of Evolve, but like others have said, they should combine all their "brands" into DG USA or WWN or something.

They could build off the DG Brand into America, if DG lets them. But that might be confusing to people who don't know what DG is in the first place.

I thought they'd do their own brand with their own roster, but yeah, it'd be confusing to anyone who knows what DG is to go to a show and not see any DG Japan dudes.

Dragon Gate trueborns stopped coming to the US via DGUSA due to them not liking the vision and booking of their American counterpart and the money made was not worth making the trip anymore. The ones who came for the last time were rookies and guys who already got work visas. None of the big names showed up. Be like starting AAA Canada and no luchadors showed up after the first show. That's the reason why Gabe is leaning on the EVOLVE brand heavily now. Any moment, Dragon Gate will pull their support and brand officially. DGUSA was suppose to give DG a US presence and scout talent for their shows in Japan. Outside of Swann, Ricochet, and Uhaa Nation; that was a bust.

I remember when the DG USA brand was first announced, I was super stoked. Even if it just meant getting ahold of DGJapan DVDs easier. EVOLVE is still a fun show to watch though.

I really miss seeing the Dragon Gate wrestlers. When DGUSA started, it was awesome.
EVOLVE is fun, though.

Gave them AR Fox for a short time too but their love of him was short lived. But it's been an issue for awhile, Gabe has really struggled as a talent scout since leaving ROH. He honestly relies very heavily on DJ Hyde, Drew Cordiero, and Tommy Dreamer to book talent anymore. Ironically, FIP has been consistently the best booked of the WWN promotion and it's the one Gabe barely cares about

Yeah, DGUSA hasn't really been a thing since mid-2013. It's sad that the one year I get to go to Mania, I won't get to see any Dragon Gate guys. But then there weren't any DG guys on last years show anyway, so eh.
I will be at the Mercury Rising show though. I've never really been all that into Evolve, it seemed a little dry for me. But I'm really excited for the Gen Next reunion match against Monster Express. I hoping the rest of the card delivers as well.
