I have never been so tempted to fly cross-country. Then there's that whole being poor thing.
Alas, this will be the first PWG show I buy when it comes out on DVD.

I swear this is going to me my birthday present to myself (August 28).
Don't know if I'll make Night One, but Night Two and Three are what I'm aiming for.

Folks growing up in indy wrestling in the 2000s had the 2004 Ted Petty Invitational. I think this year's BOLA is the new benchmark based on competitors alone.

Damn, there's no way I could make it out to see it live, so I guess this will be my first purchase from PWG as well. Sucks I'm going to have to wait, though...

I'm going out on a limb and saying Brian Cage wins it.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, it's Elgin's year. There's no way that he doesn't win it this year after losing in the finals two years in a row.
I'll go as far to say that Elgin wins it this year and then beats O'Reilly for his gold.

If it was just one week earlier, I would totally fly out to California for the shows. Would be too good to not go see. Unfortunately, I'm completely tied up that weekend at work.

Since we don't know the brackets system I'll go for just the matches we know:
*BOLA First Round: Brian Cage beats AR Fox *BOLA First Round: Kyle O’Reilly beats Drew Gulak *BOLA First Round: Biff Busick beats Roderick Strong *BOLA First Round: Michael Elgin beats Tommaso Ciampa *BOLA First Round: Trevor Lee beats Cedric Alexander *BOLA First Round: AJ Styles beats Brian Meyers *Non-Tournament: The Young Bucks & Adam Cole beat Kenny Omega & Chuck Taylor & Trent Baretta *Non-Tournament: Chris Daniels & Frankie Kazarian beat Joey Ryan & Candice LaRae and Rich Swann & Ricochet (unless WCTT is Champs in which case they go over)
Saturday 8/30: *BOLA First Round: Kenny Omega beats ACH *BOLA First Round: Zack Sabre Jr. beats Adam Cole *BOLA First Round: Rich Swann beats Trent Baretta *BOLA First Round: Johnny Gargano beats Chuck Taylor *BOLA First Round: Matt Sydal beats Chris Hero *BOLA First Round: Ricochet beats Chris Sabin *Non-Tournament: Christopher Daniels & Frankie Kazarian beat The Young Bucks (Unless the Bucks are still Champs in which case they return *Non-Tournament: Drew Gulak & Biff Busick beat Michael Elgin & Brian Cage
I imagine we'll get Ricochet vs. Swann at some point in the tournament since they're tag team partners.
I'm going for a final three of AJ vs. Elgin vs. O'Reilly.
And I see ZSJ going to the semi's.
Personally I'd like to see a final three of O'Reilly vs. Roddy vs. Ricochet because I think all three would put on great displays throughout this tournament and in this match. Plus I'd like to see Roddy FINALLY win BOLA. And a Roddy vs. O'Reilly main event at the following show would be great and a really good first defence for O'Reilly (since I'm assuming the title won't be on the line given the fact that it would make the tournament really predictable).

I think guys like Omega, Sydal, and Sabre Jr. will lose to the company guys. Styles is the only outsider who I see making it past the first round. My prediction for the semi-finals Ricochet Styles Cole O'Reilly
I would be cool with any of them winning. I do hope they don't have to inject Elgin into the final four because he's ROH champ now.
