Or Jeff Jarrett, he would use the video library for GFW if TNA closed.

If GFW had TNA's old footage, and probably stuff from that Australian promotion as well, they could probably make quite a bit of money off of it.

Alright, TNA's pre-2004 footage would be owned by Jeff Jarrett while WWE could own the post-2004 TNA footage like WCCW did.

Spike isnt even a major network so whoever they have "lined up" must be like C-Span or VH1 Classic.

I don't see how wwe would value TNA footage of Sting or Angle or even Hogan. It was a very minor league and showing those stars in front of a sellout at the impact zone isn't worth the few million in licensing fees. They have the major league footage they'd need for any DVD project already stamped with a WWE logo. This isn't fourth years of NWA footage with Harley Race, Dusty Rhodes, Flair, Goldberg, the nWo etc. this is a ten year old TV show that at max drew 8k once or twice. 8k go to larger house shows for WWE. 8k is a small crowd for Smackdown. Look I was a huge TNA mark for. Long time so its painful to say that, but its true. They came close to exploding in 08-09 but they took their shot(Hogan) and it didn't work. It was too expensive and the still cannot right the ship. I hope they get a new TV deal, but if they don't it will just die. Vince can sit around and wait for Dixie or Bob Carter to come to him and buy the tapes for a few bucks. Even then he really doesn't need them.

Supposedly, the typical going rate WWE has for tape libraries it'd only cost them half a million to get it. Granted, hard telling if TNA would actually sell for that much. And I think they absolutely would want it. Hell, it's worth way, way more than Smoky Mountain or WWC or something, and it's been rumored for years that WWE employs someone specifically to keep track of and catalog everything TNA does for tape library purposes.

They'll hack into the feeds of other shows and broadcast Impact that way.

Either way, I think regardless of if TNA ends up on some second-tier channel like Spike is, on some third-string one, Dallas public access, or wherever else, their death's a when, not an if. Just over the past year alone they've lost so many performers and so much credibility that it's pretty much irreparable at this point, and wherever they end up it's not going to be on terms as good as what they have with Spike.
