Now granted he already exceeded his projected lifespan (and this while not really taking very good care of himself) but suppose he takes better care of himself and lives until 1999 or 2000.
What would you guess his involvement with pro wrestling be throughout the rest of the 90's?
Does he stay primarily in Japan and Mexico?
Does he get involved in WCW in any capacity?

The Japanese had great reverence for Andre, so I see him spending more and more time over there with a novelty appearance here and there in the United States.
Andre was best when used more sparingly. If the audience gets used to seeing him, it takes away from his mystique. Take the Big Show for example, who is as good in the ring as Andre ever was, but will never reach the iconic status of Andre.

Without a major medical breakthrough, it would have been horrible. He could barely move, was in pain. He'd be trotted out for the odd legend appearence, but literally a walkon part.

Yeah, he still wouldn't have done much... maybe he'd work as like someones back up muscle or something but I doubt he'd really wrestle at all.

If he'd lived longer, then I'm curious when the WWE Hall of Fame (which was created upon Andre's death in 1993) would've actually been created. Would those '95 and '96 classes have happened? If so, he'd have been at '95, easily.

He would probably transition to TV and Movies, that or he'd be a comedic character who shows up every so often like Khali now.

I imagine had Andre lived 7-8 more years he would've been in extreme discomfort, probably wouldn't have traveled and would have been bed-ridden the last year of his life.
All that said, if we still got Andre vs Undertaker at WM7 (which I think was planned), it would've been the Undertaker/Brock of its time.

Ignoring the obvious health issues from the end of his life, and pretending that he was semi-healthy I could see him getting huge money from WCW to join the nWo/wrestle Hogan again, do something with the Giant/Big Show, and ultimately be Vince's Corporate muscle.

Well he was 46 when he died. So he been 49 by the time the NWO started. Now if he took better care of himself and was lets say healthier to that point he could really still wrestle. He was hardly able to do anything in his last years in the ring but if he could. He likely been the first to face Taker at WM. I see him in Japan more then WCW to end his career and he been out before the end of 97. Which I don't know if he really fit into the whole NWO angle. He look out of place when the NWO had this cool style and edge. I can't see Andre playing that. He more look out of place in the attitude era.

Yeah, I think the New Generation/very early Attitude Era with Pre-3:16 Austin, Rocky Miavia, Helmsley, etc would be the latest that Andre wouldn't have looked out of place, and in WCW's case before Hogan joined the nWo. I could have seen him getting booed and it hurting the clean legacy he has now if he was in the nWo or doing Attitude-like stuff.

Had he lived, he'd have at least been in a wheelchair. The thing that would've been interesting to see is what would've happened if he'd had access to the same sort of medications/surgeries that Big Show has benefit from decades later.

Hulk would have had to wait longer to tell everyone about how he slammed the eleventy-jillion pound giant in front of 18.4 billion people

Interesting question, I guess had he stayed healthy a 1993 feud with Yokozuna would have been likely.

in The Oddities dancing to ICP and jobbing to Thrasher in 45 seconds on RAW
i kid. he would've tossed Vince Russo clear across the room when told of the plan, thereby saving pro wrestling

Not much because unless he would be willing to just make the occasional appearance in a non preforming form because his body would still be beyond behind repair and his age would work against him.

Hard to say. If he maintained his condition from the late 80's, he still wouldn't be used much because of his limitations. Does he begin shrinking or not as he did? Do you expose the fact that El Giante is bigger in WCW? Diesel in WWF?
