Could we get Todd Pettingill back, too? Only if we get him laughing at dead wrestling promoters.

Ever since Bryan got injured, it feels like it really took the wind out of their sails. There's been good stuff (Rollins/Ambrose, their current booking of Ziggler, Lesnar) but there's been a lot of bad as well (Cesaro going from the hottest wrestler in the company to where he was in 2012, The Bella's, Bray Wyatt being JAG) leaving WWE feeling sullen. I really also don't see how they can improve either, unless they put an amazing amount of effort into the product, which I know they'll never do. See, that's the really frustrating part about WWE ever since Daniel Bryan got injured. It's so obvious that there's no plan to anything that's going on right now. Maybe Brock Lesnar winning the WHC aside, nothing has felt like there was build-up. Evolution only happened because Batista and Orton couldn't go for the championship because of WWE waiting to see what happened with Bryan, Shield only broke up because they needed more singles guys (I'll admit that one was hinted at at least earlier in the year, but still), John Cena only became WHC to lose to Brock because Bryan couldn't wrestle him. I don't blame WWE for not having a plan B since they were putting a lot of stock in Daniel Bryan as champion, but it's almost painful how much they're just spinning the wheels until Royal Rumble.

I hadn't watch for most of the summer up until last night, but I switched the show off at the first segment. The whole product just feels so...empty. Same. It just has a lack of excitement that just makes me tune out. There's nothing in the show that isn't just sane-old.
