Between her voluntary offering to go back to NXT (despite risk of a career setback, and being big enough of a professional to admit she was struggling due to her brief stint in developmental) and Jericho's podcast where she revealed that the reason why she picked her favorite match was that she genuinely looked up to both performers (Melina/Fox), I think its time we fans finally give her some respect at least.
Thoughts?

I like Cameron. She's gotten to the point where she does what she's asked to do well, I think. She had a win on Superstars a few weeks ago with no problem

Honestly she isn't that bad. She does have a personality and is pretty athletic. Plus she's not doing that bad for someone who was called up with only 3 months of training experience. Like I doubt she even wrestled more then 5 matches in developmental before she was called up.

I'll give credit where it's due, it's smart of her to recognize she needs work if she's going to last in this business and taking the demotion. pretty funny when a useless diva is more willing to do what it takes to improve than Sin Cara did.

It's a weird thing in WWE to put someone out there that's clearly not ready. It would be easy to remedy this by putting her into a non-wrestling role, but this is WWE and they just don't give a shit. Kudos to her for having the self-awareness to understand that she needs improvement and trying to work on it.

I'm not a fan of Cameron at all, but good on her for actually taking steps to improve. Hopefully while she's there, she can also work on her mic skills as well.

I am not really a fan, but she made a good call professionally, and one that will hopefully payoff for her. After all, there's nothing lost if she gets better, everyone benefits from that. Good on her to show some humility.

Is she going back to NXT? Considering how Tyson Kidd has probably done the best work of his WWE career in NXT, I am curious as to how she would do.

The one time Eva Marie did go to NXT, the fans crapped on her so badly that it had to be mentioned in the spoilers. With how poisoned the well is there, you can't blame her for not going back there.

With how poisoned the well is there, you can't blame her for not going back there. WWE put her on an NXT show to perform for a one off, no different from any other main roster talent whose "just making a cameo". Cameron actually wants to work in developmental to improve her game. Is Eva Marie willing to spend time at the performance center and actually train?

Is Eva Marie willing to spend time at the performance center and actually train? Not the point entirely. Even if it was a one-off cameo, if the NXT crowd reacted that violently to her, why the hell would you want to go back to developmental full-time and stay there?

She isn't that bad in the ring, if anyone needs to go back to NXT its Rosa. Based on three months experience she is good for so little experience

i will not give cameron any credit the wwe is supposed to be the biggist and best wrestling company in the world so the wrestlers man or woman should all be able to show a considerable amount of in ring skill. hiring these talentless jumped up models shows a complete lack of respect wwe has for womans wrestling so why should i take it seriously? no guy in the wwe would get a look with the very little talent the a lot divas have. (khali doesnt count)

Is she going back to NXT or is this just a Total Divas storyline?
I honestly wouldn't mind her there. The NXT women's division is all repeat matches for months now.

As an aside, depending on how much of Total Divas is based on reality, that's a really ugly window into how WWE operates.
Performer: I feel like I would be a better asset to myself and the company if I went down to the Performance Center (that WWE spent $2.3 million dollars on) to hone my craft and continue development
Carrano: LOL OK you might not have a job when you get back

"Out of Sight, Out of Mind" is a powerful factor in all entertainment, and wrestling is no different. What Cameron is doing is a risk, and while I imagine it probably is better than being exposed on the main roster like she has been so far and seen as incompetent, it also leaves open the question of: is there going to be a spot when she is ready? What if she's never really ready? No one can really answer that right now.
