The big people I want back are Vampiro, Pentagon Jr., Dario and Black Lotus.
Don't get me wrong, there are several more I don't want to lose but those 4 have me begging for more.
I do wonder if Vampiro is back if he goes back on commentary or do they bring someone else in. That Schavello guy was decent but he'd be better in the Striker role. Not sure I want Striker back to be honest.

I know they're in major angles but between the money issues, Vampiro Facebook stuff and just given the soap opera nature they have, there is no real guarantee.

So Del-Rio is apparently being an asshat on twitter.
It was apparently confirmed he will be apart of season 2 only to then say he is not confirmed and then insult the company and flap his gums about the editing of matches again like he did last time.
I say let him go because LU will thrive with or without him.

Possible he deleted them all but there is nothing there now other than the denial.

My fault I was reading a report about it and they were simply aknowleding his past tweets about the editing and his place on the card making some comparison to his latest tweet that he is not happy with LU.

Since he is the AAA Champion, he is kind of important right now, especially if they end up having that title defended on LU again (remember, he did defend it against Tejano). He gives them star power, and again, another title for cross-promotion, so I hope he stays around and can work out any issues he has with the company.
Are there any definite not-coming-back, besides Hernandez?

Are there any definite not-coming-back, besides Hernandez? I would say Big Ryck and Killshot since they didn't have any angles, are fly ins, and therefore deem expandable. If you aren't going to be getting booked in AAA nor play a valuable role in LU, you're done for. LU will be relying on local Cali talent, wrestlers who mission essential, and AAA luchadors for the roster which is good for their hopeful long term survival. No need to blow money on a limited budget trying to do PWG when there is enough talent in the area that won't bankrupt them. So El Mariachi Loco better be back. I understand where Alberto is coming from. He was treated like a big deal very quickly in WWE and AAA. In Lucha Underground, he's a bit player. He's not used to the ego drumming.

Ryck is feuding with Daivari after what happened in the Season Finale, so there's a chance both will be in S2. Someone such as Super Fly is likely gone. Argenis, Loco, and Ricky Mandel will be sticking around as they are {Spoiler}{Spoiler} The Disciples of Death

Super Fly might still have something to add. The Disciples of Death may be the one angle I would have done differently. Rather than just have them show up and pull double duty with their gimmicks, it should have been like the Ministry of Darkness, where they get kidnapped (one could join voluntarily) and they go through a ritual to become the Disciples.

I wouldn't put much stock into the Ryck/Daivari feud coming back for season 2 since it's a low level feud. The D.O.D. are masked and non-descript so that role can be played by anyone with similar builds. Which is a tradition in lucha of replacing someone else in a role of another wrestler. Super Fly is a low level AAA guy so him being in LU won't compromise AAA's card lineups. A lot of the angles that happened in LU played out in AAA after it aired.

Well Daivari could hire Cage to be his new muscle to protect him from Ryck who gets The Mack to team with him since both Mack and Cage have beef with one another. Argenis is a low level guy so he won't be missed much in AAA either and both Mandel and Loco wrestle in the California area and probably aren't that expensive to book

Cage and Mack are based in California. Those guys are not. I'm looking at this as LU understanding their financial situation and not making moves just cause. I'm more happy that Cali based guys will be getting more looks since PWG stopped booking those folks and going super indy instead.

Just watched the first two episodes of season 1!
Price Puma is amazing! Johnny Mundo is as good as ever!
I'm not sure about Blue Demon or this 1000 Deaths guy yet.
Son of Havok seems pretty cool and Ryk and the LAX looking guys seem alright. Great to see Sexy Star and Velez being able to mx it up with the men. I love it!
Chavo at the end of episode 2... what a dick!
Lastly those backstage segments. INCREDIBLE!

So Dark Sheik and Timothy Thatcher to LU? In all seriousness though Cali does have a lot of talent that hasn't gotten exposure yet so if LU does decide to go cheaper there is talent that would benefit.

The more exposure for the more unknown and less heralded wrestlers, the better. I miss early PWG with guys who didn't make it out to the East Coast getting a chance to shine and prove they are just as good as anywhere else. LU had Jeff Cobb work dark matches. You got women like Missy Hissashit aka Shotzi Blackheart, Brittany Wonder, Kikyo Nakamura, and Nicole Savoy. Talent is about there.
