There's nothing too bad here but it might be NSFW.
That was surreal. But that theme tune is addictive.

A friend showed me that today. It's a strange video but a really good parody (of sorts -- at least until it descends into some kind of weird cosmic horror thing) of those ultrasaccharine family sitcoms that were on TV decades ago. I also like how dark it gets closer towards the end.

That was not worth 11 minutes. I miss when Cartoon Network actually had some semblance of order and wasn't taken run by anti-humor stoners.

That was not worth 11 minutes. I miss when Cartoon Network actually had some semblance of order and wasn't taken run by anti-humor stoners. This isn't anti-humor. There's a clear joke with an arch. It may not be to your tastes, but it's not anti-humor or meta-humor. It's humor. I thought it was funny.

Watching this now. It was kinda funny but this goes on for way too long. Finished watching... it had akinda funny premise but they stretched out way passed the amount of humor there was in the idea in my opinion. That was not worth 11 minutes. Things like the woman spinning around in the wonder woman transition with nothing happens kinda falls in the realm of Anti-humor.

Well, I mean something did happen to her, but yeah the spinning went on a while.. But the bit with the guy spinning was done much better. I loved the way he and the superhero version of himself both died differently. The part with the puppet cat crawling for the button was especially disturbing for some reason. That and how the killer's name was distorted when they tried to show it. It all felt very subversive.

Had she just been spinning for no reason on like a chair or something with nothing happening, perhaps. But, given the wonder woman spin-cliche, it's a woman spinning and repeatedly changing back and forth in-and-out of costume (a joke in itself) and then sets up the other deaths-while-spinning jokes. That's humor. It's logical, has an arch and is intentionally funny.

There's one part where we literally see that there's too many cooks, which I chuckled at.

That guy with the machete can be seen before he's meant to be seen. You can see him hiding in the stairwell during the family photo and in the office sequence.

I watched this last night. I was confused at first, then I was in hysterics, then I was struggling to wrap my mind around what I was watching, and then I came back all the way around to laughing.
Also, you can include Smarf in the "characters you have irrational love for" thread.

The crazy part of all this is that apparently (according to the guy behind this madness), everyone credited is being credited under their actual names.
