If he really, really, really wanted to be involved in a last match in WWE or something, it'd need to be even more overbooked than the Vince vs Bret match to cover for him. Like, putting him in an 8-man tag or something.
If they can keep him as safe as possible and carry the living f*** out of him, then sure, I guess it could be neat, but otherwise, I don't see it working. I don't think he can even bump anymore. Hell, he might even need to pin a heel standing like Khali would, just since getting down to pin would have to be rough on him.

Hulk Hogan versus Dr. Joseph Maroon to get cleared for said match.
Maroon with a squash victory, brother.

I voted for Ambrose.
Because a vote for Ambrose is a vote for NOPE.

People were against Hogan coming back to wrestle at WM18. The arguments were different but the sentiment is the same. I don't get this "every match on the card should cater to me" attitude. I'm happy to accept I won't like every match doesn't mean I'm that bothered about them happening at all. Those who like what Hogan does will enjoy it, those who don't - won't. But let's not pretend the negative response to any proposed Hogan match hasn't been there for at least the last 10 years.

Oh god no. Anyone who saw him in TNA (especially the 'match' with Sting) will surely rather have their eyes removed with a spoon than watch him punch/kick his way around a ring in 2015. 10 minutes of him getting beat down, then a hulk up, and then a clothesline to finish (because his back would collapse if he dropped the leg), followed by another 10 minutes of pose down. No. Absolutely not. Especially as this would likely be at the expense of a couple of workers who would probably benefit from a WM spot....

The Hulkster's got to get his win back from Brock Lesnar and get one last title reign.

If you haven't read the most recent interview, it's GOLD.
"I just want one more match..."
"...one more run..."
"...one more title run..."
"...one more title retirement".
In the the span of two lines, Hogan goes from "All I want is to say that my last match was in WWE" to "I wanna win the title and retire with it".

Hulk has bored me in ring since WCW. I never saw the X8 match so that might be different but really most of what I remember of him from the past 15 years is boring. He can still talk and he's entertaining but I think the time of him having matches is long gone. Even if he weren't so broken down it'd probably be boring.

siouxcityjournal.com/entertainment/arts-and-theatre/hulk-hogan-returns-to-where-it-all-started-after-crashing/article_3d29e000-83f6-5a43-9fde-634d34abaa8e.htmlI love Hogan interviews Appearing on WWE Raw, Hogan has stepped into the ring but, because of those surgeries, been advised not to suit up. Good luck. “My ego explodes when I get around the wrestling ring,” he says. “I get goosebumps. It’s like a hot car. I get the jones … and I want to be back.” Hogan threw a couple of punches at one event and the crowd went wild. He did, too. “Triple H told me I’ve got nothing to prove but the last time I wrestled was not with this company and I want my legacy to end with the WWE.” To that end, Hogan – who was born Terry Gene Bollea – has been working out like he’s going for another championship belt. “I weigh 295. I’m in really good shape and I’m training like I’m going to get in the ring. I’m like a convict given a life sentence.” A final match? “It could happen,” Hogan says proudly. “Vince (McMahon, the WWE founder) said, ‘Never say never.’ And that’s what I want – one last match, one last run, one last title win, one last title retirement.” CLICK HERE TO SEE A GALLERY OF PHOTOS FROM HULK HOGAN'S CAREER. Apparently, colleagues want to see that, too. At an event in Columbus, Ga., fellow WWE athletes thanked him for punching them. “You’ve made our careers now,” they told him. “I didn’t realize a lot of these kids weren’t even in the business when I slapped Andre the Giant.” I love his enthusiasm and passion for the business, even though he probably shouldnt wrestle again. As has to be mentioned in every thread like this: 9 back surgeries, a steel rod in his back, two plastic hips, difficulty just climbing ring steps.
No, Hulkster doesn't need to wrestle ever again. I love the guy, but I'd never want to see that.
The 'but he wrestled at 18' example is erroneous to given the aforementioned surgeries and the fact that that was nearly fifteen years ago.

But let's not pretend the negative response to any proposed Hogan match hasn't been there for at least the last 10 years. At Mania X8 he didn't have a metal rod where his spine used to be. Nowadays a lot of people who are Hogan fans - myself included - have no interest in watching Hogan kill himself in the ring. Flair is in better shape than Hogan was even ten years ago and I never want to see him in the ring again either. They've given enough to the industry and would now be embarrassing themselves and/or putting their health and/or lives at risk.
