I just read that Mr. Anderson re-signed with TNA. I didn't even know his contract was up and usually when someone is out there, Sting, Angle, Dudleyz, somehow there are rumors linking them to WWE. I didn't even hear Anderson's name brought up ONCE in the rumor mill.
Is he really that bad these days, that WWE wouldn't even give him another look? Did he really burn his bridges on the way out?
Would anyone here even endorse a return to WWE?

Considering that Shawn Michaels, Triple H, John Cena, and Randy Orton (as well as a few others) all went to Vince and said "this guy sucks", then yes, he has absolutely no hope of getting resigned. Him running his arrogant mouth didn't help matters either.

I wouldn't be against it but he'd be way, way, way down the list of people I'd want to see back.

He's pretty mediocre. He's not got a place in modern day WWE.

Kennedy (wow, I'm so used to typing Anderson now) actually regressed in TNA. Amazing considering that he was pretty dookie in WWE to begin with.

I'm sure there's a place for him. He reinvented himself during the Aces and Eights feud (really being the best thing to come out of that debacle) and proved he still had a lot more offer when being allowed to play to his strengths as a slimey heel. Plus, when it's not sing-along-with-Ken-time, he's a very consistent and creative mic worker.
He could be a great talking-half of a tag team with an up-and-comer who's still weak in the promo department or a few years down the road as a commentator. He's a talented guy who gets a reaction and could be an asset.

No way. One of my least favorite wrestlers of all time. There are very few wrestlers that would make me think "nah, I'd rather watch Mr. Kennedy."
Honestly, I can't think of one. I was going to say Abyss, but at least Abyss brings the unintentional comedy. If you must suck, have the common courtesy to be funny about it.

Too many of his enemies are still in the WWE locker room, plus he's older and hasn't got better.

He had a neat gimmick but beyond that, Mr. Kennedy was pretty meh.

I was Kennedy's biggest fan until 2008-9. That face turn just exposed him and mixed with him being so injury prone, I lost all interest. I also lost alot of respect in his post-WWE interviews, especially when he was extremely happy Randy Orton got hurt a few years back. Unprofessional.

Seriously, when you're under 40 and manage to have a terrible match with AJ Styles, you probably aren't all that qualified.

If Kennedy had shown any sign of innovation or improvement, maybe WWE could have him mend fences with Cena and Orton.
But, that certainly hasn't happened.
