I know it's only been two weeks, but it's time for the faces to get mad and kick Authority ass. Moping around like nutless pussies gets old pretty quick.

Stone Cold is ashamed of them. I can't wait until Austin gets on them during his podcast. I absolutely can't wait.

Truth be told I kinda see why they would react that way. How exactly should they feel? All night they had been beaten up and put in impossible scenarios. Why should they want to work there? Why should they even care when all their hard work (especially Ziggler's) was thrown out the window? I think we might have some Sting disciples upcoming however, haha. They're going to return wearing Sting masks, aren't they? Red Sting masks, as they join with The Vigilante Sting to re-form the Wolfpac.

I just had a thought, having only just watched the Sting/'taker episode of Monday Night War...wonder if they'd do a Sting build with Dolph? Put him in facepaint and dark garb and have him start brooding around, chasing The Authority. God I hope not.

It's the same thing they did when The Authority started. They'd have the entire locker rooom stand on stage while the Shield beat the Shield out of Daniel Bryan, and NO ONE HELPED HIM AT ALL until like months later. Then he went right back to getting his ass kicked and screwed over. Everyone's such a huge spineless bitch about this except maybe Roman, Dean and Bryan.

Remember when faces fought back to such an extent that they were being more heelish than the heels? Probably could use a bit of that.

To quote myself in another thread Honestly the thing that bugs me about modern Babyface booking is they seem way to whipped. Have the babyfaces look angry, try attack HHH like they are about to/got fired so what's the worst they can do? None of this "make room for us guys!" "Okay dokie!" Nonsense. It not just also makes them look like pussies, but not very smart and oblivious beyond belief. Like "oh no bosses were thinking of suspending us and now want to get out of the ring before they make an announcement...hmmm no possible evil ulterior motives from the authority like say firing us?" I remember that segment of in early 2009 where Randy Orton snapped and punted Vince in the skull before he fired him. That made Orton the hottest babyface in the company and most talked about segment. Fans could get behind someone of a guy who can stand up for himself when untreated fairly by his boss and outsmarting him the same time. Seriously my only theories are creative is writing this hoping this would cause viewers who work in a shitty job but the economy sucks they are afraid to quit or rebel to relate better to the babyfaces or creative is writing based on their own experiences that they hate working in the WWE but there isn't much you can do on your writing career when your last job was WWE Writer

Remember when the Shield were beaten up by a bunch of heels and then Evolution to finish the job? You know what they did after? They systematically got revenge on said heels and spent an entire SmackDown show wreaking havoc on them. I wanna see more of that ass-kicking from faces, please.

And this was the reaction it got at the time (from the spoiler thread)... They were being too heelish, weren't they? Those poor defenseless heels being beaten up by the big evil Shield they had beaten up 11-on-3 earlier in the week. It's always a situation of too much one way, then too much the other in the company. Before we'd have faces who were getting too much revenge on heels who had kind of wronged them, but not to such an extent that all the revenge was warranted. Now we have some legit scum of the earth heels, and the faces are too whipped to defend themselves. No balance, it seems.

Some fans may have liked it but it wasn't intended to get Orton over as a face. As for the Dolph, Rowan & Ryback, I'll wait to see what thier response is. It's safe to say we haven't seen the last of them.

Dolph the type of babyface who would hit a heel with a chair and feel bad about it. The force of the chair hitting his opponent reverberating back through the chair might give him another concussion.

He seems to be the type of angry face over enough to not take The authority's shit. Also, Is Daniel Bryan not going to show up until Royal Rumble? He too has a history of not running away from the Authority.

Hey since Cena and the Authority had to obey the original stipulation, Why does the Authority get to fire the winners of the Survivor series match?
Don't they need a reason to fire them? Or else why didn't they just fire them months ago? Or If they still had off screen powers, why didn't they fire them off screen?
As someone else stated in another thread, this just reeks of power porn and makes the show depressing. It's like when the hero of a horror movie gets murdered in the sequel. Or losers in a war where the bad guys win and they punish all the survivors.

In the same segment you had Jericho first getting fired and then getting bitch made of Steph and Vince making him begging. Point is the crowd cheers for guys who can stand up to themselves and face impossible odds.

It's just a question of when Sting will show up to play his part.
