Just finished the series in a day. I think I may have a binging problem. Oh well I'll seek help another day. I personally think that this is top 3 best MCU products they have put out. Hands down best villain as well. Fisk is terrifying but also very vulnerable as well. Charlie Cox does a great job as Daredevil and I think should show up in other MCU stories. Great stuff.

Who was the guy that Stick was talking to? I am a little novice with Daredevil comics. I know the big story arcs, but didn't recognize him.

Just finished episode two. The only real complaint I have is that those flashback scenes have a weird 60's/70's feel to them which is awkward since I think it's supposed to be the mid-to-late 90's. Yes, that's right, this should be Attitude Era "Battlin'" Jack Murdoch. My brother had that same reaction.

But wasn't sure. My first thought when seeing it was Morbius crass as that may be.

Rewatched the first couple episodes with my brotehr and father and there are some really cool cinematography in this show. My favorite so far being the climax of episode 2 which is (or looks like) one long take. If TV Tropes is to believed, it was.

With the exception of the original Iron Man, the first Captain America and Guardians of the Galaxy, I loathe the Marvel machine. I was pretty much forced to watch the first episode by my fangirl wife, and have to say that I enjoyed it a hell of a lot more than I thought I would. It was hands down better than the movie. The only thing I didn't like were the fight scenes, but that's not make or break for me. I have a hard time marathoning anything that isn't a comedy, Person of Interest and reruns of Nitro, so we're going watch it with The Flash.
One thing that's annoying me though: I've noticed people online (definitely not you guys) claiming that this show is for adults while The Arrow and The Flash are for children and stupid people. It isn't my oftentimes irrational Marvel hate that could potentially turn me off. It's that shit.

I'm curious. Has anyone made the obvious reaction .gif from the end of episode three? You know what part I'm talking about.

I'd claim The Winter Soldier is the superior Marvel film and the best of them all so far Also i see direct similarities between the first 2 season of Arrow and these 13 episodes of Daredevil. The tone and the whole theme of taking back my city is exactly the same

Yes, that's right, this should be Attitude Era "Battlin'" Jack Murdoch. Charlie Cox is 32, so the scenes with him as a kid would be more early to mid 90s - New Generation Battlin' Jack rather than Attitude era

My first thought when seeing it was Morbius crass as that may be. thats Stone (in the comicbook he was 2nd in command of The Chaste, but it seems he is the leader in the tv series)

OH. MY. GOD. Episode 12.... {Spoiler} Big mistake there imo, didn't need to kill him, and frankly, he would have been a better bridging character than sort of Night Nurse. I guess keeping him under contract wasn't economically viable (I will never get tired of that joke)
