I've been using comixology for a couple of years now. Its saved me SO much space and time (traveling to and fro the comic shop). Plus I can get up on Wednesday morning, download the comics I want and take them with me to work. I generally just read in landscape view on my tablet and then rotate if I want to see the whole page. Its a little cumbersome at first, but you get used to it. Plus you can delete and then re-download the comics to your device if you want to save room. Awesome. And once you buy a comic, it's yours forever? Do they have all the titles released or do they pick and choose? I looked quickly and it looked like they had everything. Even trades and stuff. on New Releases they usually have all of the ones from major publishers... to my knowledge. and I already answered your question on if it's yours to own Yeah it's yours it's not like you rent the book for x number of months... I can go back now and read some of the books I read years ago at this point if I so desired. They add old stuff at random intervals.

Thanks, guys! Big help, as always!

I think they carry most every company, execpt Dark Horse, which has their own app (its not quite as good). Plus they have Comixology Submit, which allows comics not signed to a publisher to get on there. Once you buy it, it is your as long as the company stays afloat I suppose, though I believe they have an option to download DRM-free backups of most titles. www.comixology.com/drm-free-backupI havent' tried the backup yet. What I like about it though is there's generally a price drop on the comics a month after they come out. Most drop down to $1.99 by the second month so for some titles I wait a month before buying them. Plus they have killer sales. I bought the entire TWD series for 99cents a comic during one sale.

Yeah, but not all of the titles are available for backup... pretty sure the big two don't participate but Marvel at least allows you to tie your Comixology account to your Marvel reader account so it backs up there too. IDW and Dynamite do from what I saw.

Hold on I have to tie my shoe! is it bad my first thought on this is how will they eventually go back to status quo with Superman? mass hypnosis so that everyone forgets? Everyone just pretends they don't know? ...prep time?

I don't really read marvel or DC, so this works great for me. Image Comics, Dynamite Entertainment, Zenescope Entertainment, MonkeyBrain Comics, Thrillbent, and Top Shelf,IDW Publishing, Valiant Entertainment, Oni Press, Fantagraphics Books, Aspen Comics, Action Lab Entertainment, Th3rd World Studios, A Wave Blue World, Blind Ferret Entertainment, Caliber Comics, Creative Impulse Entertainment, Devil’s Due Entertainment, GT Labs Comics and Kingstone Media.

hmm it doesn't seem to be all of the things either... like my Red Sonja comics aren't listed in the drm-free download.

Yeah, I'm thinking a switch to comixology will be in the near future.
The next big question: Who wants my old comics?! Hah.
eBay here I come, I guess.

I'm certainly ready to drop the last 2 DC titles from my pull list in favor of more Image and indie stuff.

Ultimate End#1 is the kind of continuity headache you would expect from Bendis. I had no idea what was going on other than 616 Spidey is an asshole. Spider-Verse#1{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}Seems the Spiders operating on Battleworld (including Anya and Spidey UK) only have a vague recollection of their previous lives, Spider India theorizes that the pheromone/spider-sense is allowing those affected by memory loss on Battleworld to maintain a connection. He also feels compelled to draw pictures of what is presumably the web of destiny. Spider-Gwen in the meantime has landed a job at Oscorp working for Mayor Norman Osborn, who is experimenting on Spider-Ham, whom Gwen finds and tries to save, but is confronted by Osborn

SW BW #1 {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}The comic opens with Punisher 2099 skipping boundaries which is a big no-no in the Doom ruled Battleworld. The Infernal Four show up and Punisher quickly takes Spider-Man out with a hail of bullets. He then turns off Hulk's powers and turns him to dust, then freezes Ghost Rider and blows him up. Wolverine stabs him in the back though, but before he can completely kill him Punisher blows them both up with a magic grenade. Dr. Strange is attached to Punisher and doesn't want to die too but Punisher takes himself out anyway.
Wolverine shows up at Dr. Strange's office. He's the second in command for Doom now. He's ticked off since Doom wanted to send him into The Shield. It turns out Dr. Strange's ghost spirit moved to Wolverine and he says he'll make his life a living hell if he resists him.
The second story focuses on M.O.D.O.K. who brings other versions of himself together so they can overthrow Doom. Unfortunately all their egos get in the way and they end up fighting each other. Defeated and broken two Thor's show up and presumably take them all in.

{Spoiler}{Spoiler} Was there ever an explanation on why the Beyonders killed off the cosmic entities? One quick question about time runs out

I did a test from on comiXology with one of their free comics. It worked nice. I think it's going to be the way to go. If I hadn't already bought my comics for yesterday, I would have started yesterday. I'm thinking I'll start next week.
There's only one Dark Horse comic I'm interested in (FIght Club), but I can just grab that on the Dark Horse service.
