Really who knows. Nobody really knows what someones pain management is, or how they react in a real fight. We can guess, but really, who knows.

No one. Brock has more fighting training than all of them. Sure, he's not a fan of being punched, but he has enough wrestling to nullify any potential striking. Meng, locker room badass that he was, would have lasted about a minute tops. If early UFCs taught us anything, all the street fighting ability goes out the window when you're on your back. While that's true, if Meng has the sumo qualifications that his biography suggests, he spent many years training precisely how not to get taken down. Not saying at all that would somehow nullify Brock but you lose a sumo bout if you get taken down. Could be interesting, but in the history of MMA, there has been one successful practitioner of Sumo: Lyoto Machida. And he cross trained like mad. Oh heck, someone call Meng, let's see what happens.

Not WWE, but a prime Sakuraba or Minoru Suzuki would be an interesting thought, given their backgrounds.

Swagger, if we're giving anyone an iota of a chance.
That being said, the first thing Brock is going to do is try to take you down. And he'll probably succeed at that, and on top of it, he'll probably spike you on your head, and it's game over.
Lyoto Machida did train in sumo, but mostly for working in the clinch. Brock doesn't tend to use the clinch, he just barrels at you like Honky Kong and takes you off your feet.
I didn't like Brock in the UFC, but to say he has a weak chin isn't exactly fair, either. Carwin gave him shots that would have leveled a grizzly bear, and he won. Velasquez is recorded as the hardest puncher in the UFC, and he didn't straight KO brock. Overeem broke him, but that was with a kick to the abdomen, which really did the work, the strikes to the face were just incidental.
So, you have a guy who's a phenomenal wrestler who would probably dump anyone not named Kurt Angle or Jack Swagger right on their heads, and on top of that he has a rudimentary understanding of boxing/muay thai and catch wrestling.
I don't think eye gouges and biting are going to work if he gets the first shot in, sorry.

I don't think the Construction Worker from the Village People would do to well against Brock.

Honestly I could see Daniel Bryan kicking the ever-loving crap out of him. As long as he can avoid getting taken down and he could stay out of reach he might stand a chance, especially if he leaves himself open to a potential submission.
Of course if Lesnar gets his hands on him then it's pretty much over.

Completely serious: Heath Slater.
If Slater gets the first punch in, Lesnar will go down.

Barrett's a similar size and was a professional bare knuckle fighter for years, so I'm gonna suggest him. Pretty sure that bare knuckle deal is bullshit. Pretty sure it's not. Barrett has talked about it himself in detail in several interviews with various people, websites, radio etc. and says Dusty Rhodes was the guy who wanted him to bring it up on TV. Also, look at the dude's nose- it's crooked as hell and again, Barrett says that happened through his fighting.

I don't know Rusev's background but he looks like someone who could kill a man.

Big Show would be the only person I'd give a chance and I am not even sure it be a real chance. Big Show lost to Kurt Angle in a backstage fight in about 7 seconds once, so I wouldn't give him much of a chance Apparently Steve Blackman once was laying on the floor backstage as part of his warm-up routine when Big Show went and stood over top of him in a way that Blackman did not care for. Blackman told him to move, Show said something to the effect that he wouldn't (or make me, depending on who is telling the story), and Blackman, from a prone position, took down Show so fast that the people watching still wasn't sure how he did it. If we are talking people in their prime, Blackman (a karate champion), Kozlov (won titles in multiple martial arts), and of course Dan Severn and Ken Shamrock (UFC legends) would all have shots. Backlund was an amateur champion as well. Also, if you are simply going to throw a Samoan/Tongan into the mix based on their reputations, maybe it should be The Barbarian. He was also trained as a sumo and had a reputation for being rather unimpressed by pain. Granted, he did not have Meng's brawling reputation, but maybe he was just a calmer guy, you know?
