Who would be your ultra loyal guys who would never do it no matter how much money Turner offered, and who would jump ship based on better money, and as another option who would bolt for a chance to be used better.
I personally could never imagine a scenario where John Cena would defect. He just seems to love WWE/be brainwashed too much even if WCW were to offer him twice what he's making in the E.
That said, Punk obviously would have bolted, and then once he got down there quickly wished he hadn't.

I think if TNA is any indication, almost no one. If guys like Mick Foley would jump to wrestle for TNA, they surely would go back to WCW if they were wanted.

With all of the low morale newz and Vinces negative words in the podcast and such. I would say that likely most if not all of the roster would go to greener pastures. More money and better opportunities. Cena would stay loyal. And that's about it. Maybe Bryan. Shield were taken care of thus far so I bet they'd have little reason to leave. But other than Kane. Pretty much everyone would at least take some phone calls.

I feel like Undertaker would stick around based on everything I've heard about him. He seems like he wouldn't betray that loyalty to Vince. Maybe Bryan as well, but definitely 'Taker.

We'd see Orton dropping someone with a RKO on Nitro. From interviews I've seen, Bisch and Hogan love the guy.

You'd see some guys jump, but I don't think it would be a mass exodus.

Batista would stay because of his grudge towards Sarge:

If the show was still being booked as it is now? Cena and Jericho are literally the only two wrestlers I could see not making the jump.

Dolph would've been gone long ago.
As far as undercard, who knows. The shine of "ex wwe" might still be what they were going for OR they'd just have the guys TNA has plus a few.

That said, Cena and Jericho would be two you could probably count on staying. I also don't think Punk would have made the jump since for all his problems he's had with WWE, I don't think he would have liked it at WCW any more, not to mention he's not the kind of guy they'd get behind.

Undertaker, HHH, the Rock, Kane, Big Show, HBK, Cena, Jericho and Edge. I can't see the Big Show staying loyal if there was any sort of alternative. Between the yo-yo booking, the constant face/heel turns, him constantly switching between dominant unstoppable monster to comedy character every months, etc., I think if he had the chance to bolt he'd take it. Also, for Daniel Bryan, I can't speak on whether or not he'd jump ship, but man whatever competition there was would be throwing so much money at him right now it would be insane.

WCW's MO was never to go after guys like Ziggler, Cesaro, (insert unpushed flavor of the week here). WCW would have thrown an asinine amount of money at Stone Cold and Lesnar.

Also guys who were friends of the big stars so if they got Brock I would expect Shelton Benjamin and/or Curtis Axel to follow suit and Stone Cold might get a job for Cesaro since he's so high on him. That said even if WCW existed in 2002 when Austin walked out the first time I doubt he would have signed with them, especially if Bischoff is still in charge.

And if Mike Graham was still alive if WCW was still alive, what he'd say about these guys will be the same thing he said about the Radicalz.
