Angle tapped out Austin, Hogan, Cena and pinned Rock.
Taker pinned Hogan, Austin, Cena and beat Rock in a casket match.
Triple Haitch pinned them all.
Who else did it? Brock and Jericho beat 3 of them.

Well, if you want all the top guys, you'd need to bring in Bruno, Backlund, Michaels, Bret, Diesel... And those ones (other than maybe Diesel) are about as much on the level of the big three as Cena is. Just bringing it up because someone would.
I bet there's going to be someone really inexplicable who's done this. Also Big Show almost certainly has, I'm sure he got some sort of victory over Austin at some point.

If anyone, Rock is the one who doesn't belong up there because Cena surpassed him. Also, Diesel has no business in that list.

And Diesel's on the list to prove a point that there've been a lot of people who've been appointed to the, "THE GUY," position.

I don't think Rob Van Dam has ever wrestled Hogan at all, but he does hold victories over Austin, Rock, Angle, Taker, Flair, Jericho, HHH (albeit only in a tag match), Big Show, Kane, Edge, Christian, both Hardys, Cena, and Orton. And of course IC wins over Benoit and Guerrero. He probably has a career winning record over Lesnar, but only DQ wins.
That's actually pretty amazing, isn't it?

Savio Vega has beaten The Rock, Stone Cold and Triple H.
He'd have beat Hogan and Cena if he'd had the chance!

Brock has a impressive list of Hogan, Flair, Taker, Cena, Jeff Hardy, Rock and HHH.
Flair might win via victories over Terry Funk, Dusty, Savage, Giant Baba, Buddy Rodgers, Harley Race & Sting
