(I'm assuming this will be the pre-show match)
Based on that sequence of matches from RAW involving Cesaro/Kidd, The New Day, The Usos and Los Matadores, it looks like another Fatal 4-Way for the tag belts at WrestleMania just like last year... and um... yeah. It'd probably be a good match, they're all talented enough for it to be one... but like with most of the card, the story behind it is bare-bones at best, pushed by the usual "challengers beat the champions" results. It doesn't help that The New Day and Los Matadores are not over at all, that The Usos have seemingly lost most of the support that they had this time last year and that Cesaro has almost none of the momentum that he had going into the corresponding WM30 match.
And man alive, do I feel for Matador Diego/Primo... I mentioned The Usos in another thread having not made a main card WM appearance despite being in three WM pre-show matches, but this could be his SIXTH WrestleMania pre-show match, and he's still yet to break the main card. That would be a morale buster for sure.

I'd rather watch Usos vs. Team Cattitude instead of enduring those other goofs.

And why Los Matadores over The Prime Time Players or The Ascension? Is there a clause in the Matadores contract that states they get a title shot at WrestleMania despite jobbing the other 11 months of the year?

PTP and The Ascension can't do the standard tag pre-show spot where everybody dives one after the other onto an ever-growing pile of dudes outside the ring, and if Los Matadores do it you get the 'punchline' were El Torito does it.

The PTPs have also been jobbing (or in Darren's case non-existent) for the whole year. And The Ascension aren't ready brother.

The other thing that this makes intriguing... Who the f*** is left to go in the Andre? I read newz about a week ago saying that they were capping the entry numbers at 20, and there I was wondering who'd have to miss out since the tag title match looked like a Cesaro/Kidd v Usos rematch. Now with The New Day and Los Matadores involved, that's four, maybe five people who wouldn't be taking up spots in it. There are six spots left of this hypothetical 20, and these are the only people left on the main roster who are currently active on TV (taking out Bo Dallas (who is only on house shows) and Sheamus (who is getting return vignettes)), but not directly in angles for other matches...

I keep expecting him to pull a Carlito, give up, and just start looking paler and paler every week. It's not happened yet so good for him.

I hope they really don't do any double duty. If you're going to do a "get everyone on the card" thing, then actually make an effort to put everyone on.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if there were a few "surprise" part-timers in the AtG Battle Royal.

The Usos can't buy their way onto a mania card. This will be like their third or 4th year on the preshow. Will they ever make their mania debut?

And why Los Matadores over The Prime Time Players or The Ascension? Is there a clause in the Matadores contract that states they get a title shot at WrestleMania despite jobbing the other 11 months of the year? PTP are a bit recently reformed and one of them can barely work. And the Ascension can't really do their killer hoss tag team thing against a bunch of guys at least half of whom are bigger than them and one of whom (Cesaro) is probably stronger than both of them combined.

Will they ever make their mania debut? I can't weep for the Usos when they have one of the few secure, consistent spots out of anyone who isn't a main eventer, former main eventer, or associated with one in some way. At least they get to wrestle on the show when some guys might likely be left off due to the Andre Battle Royal needlessly being capped at 20.

They should've had Ascension in instead of Los Matadores who havn't done anything all year long although I guess understand having Ascension in the battle royal as they need heel bodies in that match. The match is almost exactly the same as last year not only because it's most likely going to be on the pre show but also because it's almost all of the same guys. Five of the eight guys from last years match are in it again with the only differences being Tyson Kidd replacing Swagger as Cesaro's partner and New Day replacing Rybaxel.
