The WWE have really lowered their expectations if these numbers can make them happy.

it was the No. 1 show on cable for the night. The difference in ratings pattern is usually the case with Daylight Savings time, as viewers arrive late and traditionally the third hour becomes the biggest instead of the first hour.
The three hours were
8 p.m. 3.70 million viewers
9 p.m. 3.94 million viewers
10 p.m. 3.94 million viewers

Still a half million less than the same week last year and almost a million short of 2013. If WWE is happy with that, they have low expectations.

Someone send them falsified data of a significant drop in ratings so that RAW will never be booked that horribly again.

The WWE have really lowered their expectations if these numbers can make them happy. Whats so bad about being the highest rated cable show of the night and higher rated than Fox and much higher than the CW?

What a shame. It was one of the worst wrestling shows I've ever seen.

I guess less people watch TV nowadays. I'm not sure if it is less people or just its much more spread out. It might be both.

That was their reward for last week's show being decent. This week's show was back to being horrible again, so if there is any justice next week's rating should be in the shitter.

The WWE have really lowered their expectations if these numbers can make them happy. Whats so bad about being the highest rated cable show of the night and higher rated than Fox and much higher than the CW? What exactly are they up against, though? Who cares if they beat a Gotham rerun on Fox? You know what was ranked just below the first hour of Raw? Two Family Guy reruns. WWE gets completely crushed by the real cable heavy hitters like Monday Night Football, The Walking Dead and Game of Thrones. And besides that, less people watching WWE tv means less potential people out there to subscribe to the network, buy merch and tickets to live events. I understand the tv rights fees are WWEs biggest revenue stream and the money is locked in, but there's nothing positive about failing to break 4 million viewers a few weeks shy of Wrestlemania.

I find rating are more reflective of the last weeks show. If people were bored they probably won't turn in next week. Likewise if the show is good, people who didn't watch but heard/read about it may turn in the next week because they want to see it.

I'm utterly perplexed as to why Raw didn't immediately have a Mick Foley winning the World title-style drop in ratings during the Wiz Khalifa segment, and I must conclude that everyone with a Nielsen box just ended up in a temporary coma and didn't change the channel as a result.
