I was pretty impressed by them tonight. It also helped that the crowd was pretty into them.

Kalisto's debut is what Sin Cara's debut should have been.

Kalisto's debut is what Sin Cara's debut should have been. I think in 2011 people would've been confused by, "New Day sucks!" chants.

I'm a fan. Holy shit, makes me wish there was a Jr. Heavyweight division.
Barring that, he moved so crisp, the fans were into it(Lucha, Lucha, Lucha!) And he was in with the right people. Reminds me of when I first saw Msyterio or 2 Cold.
We may have finally found our new Rey Jr.

I honestly love how embarrassed Hunicara is to be doing the whole "Lu-CHA, Lu-CHA!" arm motions, while Kalisto is really getting into it with the grabby-hands motions and all.

I don't see Lucha Dragons being a thing for very long. Kalisto's definitely going to be a singles star in the not so far distant future.
Hunicara just looks so mediocre in comparison, its hilarious.

Reason they were even paired together was to help Kalisto adjust to the wwe. But yeah I like Hunicara but even in NXT he was outclassed.

Kalisto's debut is what Sin Cara's debut should have been. Yup I remember the hype for Sin Cara here with one poster here putting it best that the aging Rey Mysterio is the old 3G Network and this new Sin Cara should be the new 4G network being Mysterio's successor. Well Sin Cara busted as we all know but shit I want to see more of Kalisto now. I hope he becomes Rey Mysterio's spiritual successor. But shit I just loved how Kalisto gave it all on his debut. Like you can really tell Kalisto was excited and motivated and focused as f*** during his debut match and he delivered.

I hope Vince realizes just what he has in Kalisto. He's a merchandise seller's dream, he's got a catch phrase that people want to say with a movement people want to do.
Kalisto hasn't been riddled with injuries, and he moves better than anyone else in the company.
I don't give any shits about his height, you push that man and make as much money off of him as you can.
I bet if you were to get Kalisto to blade, he'd bleed money.

Absolutely the right crowd to debut him in front of. I don't see any other debut crowd would not have been as over to the LU-CHA chants. I don't see Lucha Dragons being a thing for very long. Kalisto's definitely going to be a singles star in the not so far distant future. Hunicara just looks so mediocre in comparison, its hilarious. I've said for a while that Hunico was never great in the high flying Luchadore style that Sin Cara is supposed to be He was fine when he worked the more mat based style he was when unmasked. He also seems lacking in the physical charisma that Sin Cara original or Kalisto did. (See that pointing comparison and well any time they do the Lucha chants)

I actually thought that was the best I've seen Hunicara for quite a while. Admittedly that's more to do with how bad/unmotivated he's been (like in that botchtastic NXT match) rather than how good he was on Raw but he still held his own.

Kalisto's debut is what Sin Cara's debut should have been. Helps that Kalisto is someone who actually wants to put in effort to get better with the WWE style unlike Mystico

Seeing Kalisto teaming with El Local for that second NXT special was cool, almost like seeing Rey on the When Worlds Collide PPV 20 years earlier. Blew my mind, the guy is good and fun.

I just had a interesting thought.
I don't wish Kalisto any harm, but Kalisto vs. Brock David vs. Goliath style with Kalisto basing all of his high flying offense and Brock's insane power... My god that's a match made in heaven right there.

Yeah, Hunicara looked better than He's looked since before he redebuted under the mask. Hell, he even pulled off a better La Mistica (minus the armbar submission) than Sin Cara Clásico ever managed in WWE.
