I'm thinking Sam flashback as well for the last one with the two boys. It says it's a one time thing, and Sam did have a younger brother who got "promoted" to heir.
I'm a little disappointed that we never got a proper Hound vs Mountain fight. I know that there's giant neon hints that they're both still about, but I don't see it happening anymore.
I think we're getting a Sam flashback. And that's what the last casting is for. {Spoiler}I don't buy that. To put it bluntly, why does there need to be a Sam Tarley flashback? Of all the characters who they've dropped on the audience, it's Randyll Tarley they need to establish? They've only done one flashback and that was for Cersei. Samwell is no Cersei in importance. {Spoiler}Ya know, reading it again, you may be right. Now I'm kinda thinking it might be a Stannis flashback to his and Robert's childhood. The fact that it's a one time thing definitely leads me to believe it's a flashback. It could be one of Bran's visions, but I'm not sure what it would be.

The seven year old is described as being 'introduced'. If it is Dickon, the younger son of Randyll Tarly and part of a flashback, I would think the focus would be less on Sam and more on Randyll. It would show how he failed to mould Sam into what he thought a man should be and eventually turned his attention to Dickon instead.
I could be way off, it might be different characters and no flashbacks, it's just the first names that came to me when I thought who it might be.

I think it as a Baratheon flashback is also plausible. I also think we might be inflating the importance of the role, while clever is listed as a trait, it is a one time appearance. The northern boys though is throwing me off. For spoiler 5, does anyone think its {Spoiler}Gerold Dayne, he is of the night.

Haha, yeah, he's terrible, but I'm blanking on who he could be. {Spoiler}{Spoiler}Could be for Dorne, but seems too old a description for Darkstar anyway.
Also possible be related to Dany in Mereen, but I'm blanking there too. {Spoiler}I think a good actor choice for Randyll is James Faulkner. He has the stern Brit voice.

^ {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler} Just guessing:
Euron Greyjoy
The Tarlys
Maybe the priest that take Sandor in
Maybe something involving Arya
Young Sam {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler} it hadn't occured to me before I read it elsewhere, but I wonder if the "fierce warrior" could be the new Khal of the Dothraki.

Slightly off topic, but how would you cast Dunk and Egg if it happened?

One person I'm disappointed it looks like we won't see is Wyman Manderly.

One person I'm disappointed it looks like we won't see is Wyman Manderly. He has one of the best lines in the books, I hope someone else says it at sometime. {Spoiler} "Though mayhaps this was a blessing. Had he lived he would have grown up to be a Frey."

Arya in Braavos is actually slower here than it was in the books. That is one hell of an accomplishment, HBO.

Man, they are f'd in the a Honestly, I haven't gotten chills like this since the Red Wedding when Catelyn realized that Roose was wearing the chainmail. I will say though that after tonight, I'm taking back my earlier prediction concerning Jon. Given everything we've seen, {Spoiler}I don't think they're going to go the mutiny angle. Jon has seen too much to drop everything and try and march against Ramsay.
