WWE Intercontinental Champion Daniel Bryan is reportedly not doing well as far as his health goes.
Bryan continues to deal with issues from the injuries that took him out of action last year and it's said that he's in rough shape, which is why WWE has been protecting him in six-man matches as of late and why he hasn't been on RAW in two weeks.
On a related note, apparently Bryan's brand new autobiography from WWE has no mention of AJ Lee. This is interesting because AJ played a big part in Bryan's WWE storylines and the WrestleMania 28 loss to Sheamus that really led to Bryan's career turning around.

EDIT:
UPDATE 1
Daniel Bryan has apparently been pulled from the rest of the current WWE European tour. The most recent advertising for the rest of the tour has Bryan removed from the remaining shows.
We noted earlier this week that Dave Meltzer mentioned on Wrestling Observer Radio that Bryan has been working hurt. Bryan has been competing mostly in six-man matches, and has only worked two singles matches since winning the Intercontinental title at WrestleMania 31 earlier this month. He hasn't wrestled on RAW the past two weeks.
Bryan did work last night's SmackDown taping in London, teaming with John Cena. We hope to have more shortly.

UPDATE 2:
Regarding Daniel Bryan being sent home from the current WWE tour of Europe due to being banged up, the original plan for last Monday's RAW in London was to do Bryan vs. WWE United States Champion John Cena but Bad News Barrett got the shot against Cena instead.
Bryan has worked very little on the current tour and even when he teamed with Cena at the SmackDown tapings for the main event he didn't work much.
There's been concern over how Bryan has been wrestling the same style he was before the near career-ending neck injury. There's been a feeling for a while that given the seriousness of his injuries, Bryan's body was not going to be able to hold up for a long period of time without adjusting his ring style.

UPDATE 3:
-Meltzer
--According to those on the tour, Daniel Bryan looks to have suffered a concussion at the 3/31 Smackdown tapings in the match with Sheamus where he got busted up. Obviously if he was diagnosed with a concussion he wouldn't have been in the ring the last few weeks, so if that's the case, it was something they figured out Tuesday since he was sent home after the show. But they clearly knew he was hurt because they were protecting him since the Fresno show.
UPDATE 4:
-Meltzer and Alvarez
Dave and Alvarez were told that it was not a concussion, but WWE isn't saying what it is, other than that he's banged up. He said that he was originally told that he got a concussion specifically from the Sheamus match and not in a tour match. Dave says that they could have just sent him home after TV (SMACKDOWN DB/CENA VS KIDD/CESARO) to not get banged up even more for precautionary reasons but...Dave says if they even thought he had a concussion during the tour they wouldn't have even put him in there for a one minute match. He says whatever it is, its "something" and that we'll find out more by how much he does Monday and Tuesday night. He then said we'll find out more if he's even there. He's not presuming anything.
UPDATE 5:
DANIEL BRYAN REMOVED FROM ALL SHOWS TILL MID JULY
Daniel Bryan has been removed from all upcoming televised and non-televised live event advertising for the month of May and June. The
current Intercontinental champion has not wrestled since the Smackdown in London, England, as issues with his previous injuries that cut short his WWE World Heavyweight title reign last year have returned.
Bryan opted not to undergo a second surgery and chose an alternative method to fix his problem, a fix that only last a couple of months since his return in mid January. The next time Bryan is advertised at a live event is on the July 13 Monday Night Raw in Atlanta, Georgia, which is the final Raw before the Battleground PPV.
This will give him around two and a half months to recover. The Intercontinental title, a title which he won at WrestleMania 31, will probably be vacated since he is once again unable to compete. WWE has not announced anything yet as far as plans for the IC title moving forward.
