"Orion"-Metallica
"The God That Failed"-Metallica
"What I See"-Black Flag
"Slip It In"-Black Flag
"Journey to The End of The East Bay"-Rancid
"Guns of Brixton"-The Clash
"Straight to Hell"- The Clash
"Guns"- The Street Dogs
"Another Drinkin' Song"- The Mighty Mighty Bosstones
"Bomb Building Songs"- Avoid One Thing
"Clutching at Shadows"-The Lost City Angels. I've listened to the bass line (at about 1:35 into the video, while Stephanie Dougherty lays down some amazing guest vocals) from this song so many times that I actually had a dream where I tried to learn it on my own bass guitar (I used to take lessons from my cousin's husband before they selfishly started a family, now I just occasionally mess around on it when I'm bored).

Helter Skelter by the Beatles. Great bass line and it's not completely by Paul (John has a rare bass appearance on the track.)

Anybody mention Bootsy Collins? I'd Rather Be With You is an all time classic bass line.
Yes - Starship Trooper. Bass line is the heaviest I've heard from Yes in any incarnation of the group. David Bowie - Space Oddity; although it's not fair as he used plenty of session musicians (or does that make it more impressive) OutKast - Slum Beautiful. The bass line just grooves, and it's such an underrated song on a classic album (Stankonia)
I have more because I love the bass guitar, although I cannot play it outside of Rock Band
edit: forgot one. "Daylight" by Ramp

"Tax Man," by the Beatles. Edit: Do'h didn't see that post. "Holy War," by Thin Lizzy Paul McCartney is such a renowned songwriter that he's ended up underrated as a bassist. How about the one on 'Rain,' too? That's a great one. His tone and improvisations are just unreal. McCartney is one of my favourite bassists for sure.

Hell yeah! That is an amazing song! also i'd pick queen - Invisible man, John Deacon was a mad man, he would play a 6 string bass for recording, then add additional parts on a Synth so one else could play it live. try to play the bass line to Invisble Man by queen, you need 9 fingers on one hand! Queen had a ton of great bass lines, but this might be my favorite. People mentioned Paul McCartney and did not mention his most iconic bass line, as in the one in "Come Together"? Primus had a ton of amazing bass lines, but I currently am stuck on "Lacquerhead". Peter Gabriel had a number of songs with good bass lines, particularly "Stream". "Big Time" also has a great bass break early in the song. I feel you could have mentioned any song from the catalog from The Infectious Grooves and it would qualify as having a great bass line.

I'll go with anything Flea. Dude gets funky with some favorites being "Higher Ground" and "the Power of Equality"
