So basically they're booking Sandow as Cena Light. No, this was straight ANDERSON... ANDERSON! So is that what Kennedy had been reduced to in TNA?

Has nothing really to do with the thread at hand, but I totally read the title like this:
Edit: having now watched the clip, Damien on the mic before Axel came out was actually pretty great. Afterwards it became:
I've.. honestly got no real issue with that. Wouldn't want it to be an every time thing, but eh.

That Axel segment.. ugh. Well i spare him this time since that was his promo post Mizdow.
Let's hope it changes for the better and we don't have to deal with the mimic thing again

Weird. Watched the clip on YT and I quite enjoy the direction he's going in. The mimic/mock went too long but otherwise, I see potential here in a Sandow who's had enough and is going to be "entertaining" his own way. I liked it, too. It almost seems like he's going to get the Daniel Bryan "man of the people" treatment, which is cool when you have someone as genuinely liked by the audience as he is.

He might end up like Santino/Eugene with shades of Alex Riley thrown in when he gets pissed off.

Sandow made the Miz impersonator gimmick work. He will be fine. Not only did he make it work, it was the best work of his career.

He might end up like Santino/Eugene with shades of Alex Riley thrown in when he gets pissed off. I'm worried about Sandow. He's an amazing gimmick wrestler, but I don't think he has the intangibles to get by on being a generic Everyman the way that other wrestlers do. He doesn't seem to have the inherent technical prowess that Santino and Eugene had to skirt around their goofy characters nor does he have "dat babyface fire" that allowed Riley (lolrage I know) to get by and stay sorta kinda over for years in spite of lacking in everything else.

As I said on the Raw thread it really reminded me of Edge. If nothing else Sandow has proven how talented he is by simply making things work no matter what creative throws at him.
Even when he was mocking Axel the crowd was eating it up. I think he has solodified a spot on the roster if nothing else.

How could anybody think that Sandow was "not entertaining enough" ?!
As for the segment, at least the part before Axel came out was good. Personally, I trust Sandow to make anything work, he has been in worse places.
