Ghostwriter on PBS.
Came out on DVD a while back, and saw the episodes again. The continuity and writing was excellent for a kid's show.

I am,surprised Eeek The Cat seems to be so forgotten. It had a decently long run.

Another one I remember was this animal version of Treasure Island that aired on Starz weekday mornings. I remember it if only because of how f***ed up it was. Seriously, the main villain went to Hell in one episode and had to prove he did a single good deed for some reason. On topic, Extreme Ghostbusters doesn't get much love, despite being a pretty good sequel to the cartoon:

Spacecats had the greatest theme song in the history of our sport Ah yes, the last days of NBC's SatAM block. It was better than that Macaulay Culkin cartoon at least.

I've rewatched most of its episodes recently, and I can safely say that despite the voice work being spotty in some episodes Grimm's Fairy Tale Classics still holds up.

Need to bump this thread for Zoobilee Zoo; my cousins and I loved it so much when we were little that when they stopped running it, our grandmother called the network to say how sad it made us all. And yes, for preteen HMark, the best semi-obscure cartoon was definitely Mighty Max. I mean, holy shit, Rob Paulsen, Tim Curry, and Tony Jay lend voices to a show that has everything a 10-12 year old boy could want to see in one: Fantastic Max > Mighty Max
