"Nothing to see here. Everything is fine." There's probably still a few delusional half-wits who think TNA will land on another network. It ain't. It's finished. It's only a matter of time before Ditzy hoists the white flag, willingly or by force.

After 100,000 threads about TNA going out of business over the last ten years, is this the thread that finally truthfully predicts the end of TNA? Is TNA like cockroaches, something no one likes, but manages to keep coming back? Will TNA merge with GWF and make a new promotion that few will give a chance and everyone will complain about? Stay tune for breaking news, only on TNA is dead thread part 100,000!!!!!

If I had to guess early September. As the 7th is the 6 month mark. Yeah, that would be my guess as well. Early September is also when the fall tv season begins.

WWE would have to be foolish not to buy the TNA library. Unlike anyone else they've purchased TNA has a high quality library of weekly shows, PPVs, and the original weekly PPV shows. Even WCW really wasn't around in the DVD era all that much. I have thought TNA would be an interesting Network type entity, so why not put them on the WWE Network as a section?

Because who wants what actual good TNA did to ever see the light of day again. f*** anyone that ever worked there and getting them some exposure, salt the earth and act like it never happened. I was under the impression that no one believed TNA ever did anything good. Anyone that worked there will hopefully find work elsewhere. And you and I both know that everyone will spend more time riffing and MST-ing the bad stuff than actually acknowledging the good. The "actual good TNA did" will be forgotten anyway while people only watch the shitty stuff for laughs while high fiving each other and making jokes about how the wrestlers were "paid with an empty McDonalds apple pie box". WWE has so much goofy shit in their video vaults from otehr companies that they don't even touch; WCW is a vendetta thing, it's a different matter entirely. TNA never succeeded enough to even justify the production costs of spending the next decade laughing at their failures. Maybe an unflattering documentary about its history and downfall. And on the other hand, WWE has bar none, the best infrastructure to actually use the footage. Their DVD brand is the strongest in wrestling by a mile, and they have the Network, which is going to allow for actually rolling out the entire library over time. Just being able to use the footage to show the highlights of the majority of Samoa Joe's career would probably justify it, and in that they would even have a clear and direct avenue to try and garner interest for TNA's library among the more casual subscribers who might want to see more of him. Nobody else in the industry could ever hope to do the footage justice.

Am I a bad person because the main reason I hope the WWE buys the TNA library is so I can see the first episode in high quality? I want to count the creases in Cheex calf tits

Wait, WWE has a designated "TNA Watcher" position? Wonder what the suicide rate is in that job field. I'd do it. My reports would go like this. Vince: "So, what did they do this week?" Me: "Hahaha....hahahahahah HAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAH, oh boy" Vince: "Wow, that bad huh?" *I nod* Vince: "I've decided to buy their video library, please inform FAN" Me: "Yes sir, Mr McMahon" Vince: "How's the scouting mission going there by the way?" Me: "On FAN?" Vince: "Yep" Me: "It's going fine. They don't suspect a thing" Vince: "Fools!!! HAHAHAHAAHAHAH!!!" *Vince stops laughing* Vince: "Soon"Me: "Yes..... soon"

Thing is, I can buy the "new business model" thing, but the talent involved is going to be pretty damn bare bones. Can't begin to guess how long they could last like that. Talents bare bones as it is, as its basically filled with the dregs and refuse that no one else wants. Manik: Is...is this true, mommy? Dixie: Quiet, suga and fetch mommy's scotch.

Time to bring back my Big Bossman-inspired goodbye to TNA. officialfan.proboards.com/post/11002016/threadAnd here's a song I wrote called "Talkin' Stupid." (Set to the tune of "Talkin' Baseball.") Well Dixie Carter did it. Her company is finished. With Josh Mathews tweeting all the while. Misdirected emails made us smile. While most of the remaining stars were in denial! We're talkin' stupid. From Stomper down to Garrett. Talkin' stupid. Russo, Ryder, Jarrett. Kurt Angle's grotesquely swollen neck. Months and months just waiting for a check. We're talkin' Impact, land of doom and dreck!

Fingers crossed they release Jeff for budget reasons so he can get back to WWE. Then I can roll around in action figures while playing as him on the next WWE game. Aw yiss. Jeff will probably go to GFW, he has already burned bridges with the E, besides GFW need someone with draw power that can help them with the attendance/crowd. When exactly did he do that? Wwe still speaks highly of him and features him on many DVDs and countdowns and shit like that on the network They where trying desperately to hire him back before he returned to TNA and that was after he was arrested for his drug issues.

Considering Jeff has a young child I think he may did what Christain did and go back to WWE for the financial security. Obviously, Jeff lives in his own world and it's up to him if he feels his creative freedom is worth more than going back to WWE.

WWE will own TNA by Christmas. To paraphrase Norm MacDonald froom when he was anchor of Weekend Update: " Kenny G has a Christmas album out this year. WWE has bought out TNA. [waves] Hey, happy birthday, Jesus! Merry Christmas, Vince! Hope you like crap!"
