For the record: I may disagree that Sasha is the best wrestler of the year but she has had a great ROOKIE year. You may even think she is the most exciting wrestler to watch this year, and I respect that opinion and short of Kevin Owens I might even agree with you because she has so much potential. But she is certainly NOT the best wrestler alive today and I will make fun of that opinion every single time I hear it, because putting her above the top 50 of all time is a joke that deserves as much ridicule as I can throw at it. Sasha Banks herself would be the first one to say she has a lot of work to do if she wants to be in that top 50. And I will get more people blocking me for saying it, but she's not even in the top 10 on the current RAW roster. It's hard for me to even commit to her being the best Diva. And don't hate on Stardust. Stardust is playing Frank Gorshin's Riddler to perfection and he is one of the only heel superstars doing any real acting beyond 'cocky grin'. Hell most of the faces are not acting a character beyond 'cocky grin'. Also for the record, my superstar of the year so far is Seth Rollins. His match against Cena was the 2md best match of the year so far after Cena/Owens 1, and Cena and Owens round out my top 3. Full top 10: Rollins Cena Owens Lesnar Neville Reigns Rusev Ambrose Cesaro Becky Lynch Orton, Ziggler, Banks, Lynch, and Kofi are the next 5 in no particular order. Here is an FYI: Making fun of people because you cannot take them having a differing opinion than you walks a mighty fine line of trolling and that could get you banned.

Full top 10: Rollins Cena Owens Lesnar Neville Reigns Rusev Ambrose Cesaro Becky Lynch Orton, Ziggler, Banks, Paige, and Kofi are the next 5 in no particular order. Also, who's saying that she's the best of all time? This is a thread about who's had the best year, not all time. People are legitimately saying she's had the best year in and out of ring of the roster. No one's making fun of anyone else's choices because we can all see that a lot of people have had a good year even if they're not THE BEST. Your top 10, yeah they've all done great, the only one I'd ask why is Becky Lynch, since she's been good in ring, but gone through a couple of gimmicks, has no defined character, and her best match is with the person you make fun of people for liking. Personally, even just on the women's side I'd put a few people ahead of her, but it's your choice, so good on you.

Nobody's blocking you because of a differing opinion; people are blocking you because you're arguing with strawmen that exist entirely within your own head.

Look, I'm not talking down Sasha's quality. She is the most well-rounded female wrestler in the company and one of the best overall, BUT :
She doesn't work as much as Rollins. Rollins never missed a Raw since his debut and worked a lot of SmackDowns for a champion. Sasha misses some NXT shows (I'm obviously not blaming her for that).
She wasn't under as much pressure as Rollins. Let me first say that generally people on the main roster are under more pressure than those from NXT. Above that, Rollins closed WRESTLEMANIA holding the title over his head. He practically took the big Reigns' push. Shows has been 'built around him' since he won the title (about 5 months), and arguably even before. And now he is a double champion. That is a lot of pressure if you ask me.
Sasha's has been playing one character only. Now I'm not denying she plays it to perfection, but Sasha has always been the sassy girl, or am I missing something ? Rollins, on the other hand, played both the spoiled cowardly heel and the frustrated out-to-prove-himself champion, and nailed both. As I said before, Rollins is the best heel in the company.
Finally, Rollins is clearly better in the ring.

Rollins has been amazing this year, no one's gonna argue that and be like "NOOO YOU'RE WRONG"

As much as I liked Cesaro and Owens for their unreal work?
I'm gonna go with Brock. Cause he's the Man. He's the reason why I watch, he's the reason why I still mark out watching wrestling.
Outside of WWE:
Ethan Carter. The guy gets it.

The title says WRESTLER of the year, not DIVA of the year. But the divas are wrestlers.

So Seth Rollins does not qualify, sorry. You're thinking of Riot Control! Not the Shield.

I have tried my best to provide clear examples of the other wrestlers and divas having a strong year, got told I might as well have just not wasted everyone's time.
I have not directly antagonized anyone nor have I directed 'attacks' on anyone's character, nor have I made fun of anyone for being a Sasha fan - only the strawmen that might say she is a legend at this stage of her career, and got threatened with a ban.
I stand by my original statement in this thread: craziness.
I've been here a while and not even when I was defending Roman Reigns at the pinnacle of Reigns hate had I caused this much drama. Sorry if I ruined your browsing experience by discussing my beliefs in an organized way with (gasp) paragraphs of opinion! And sarcasm. And top 10 lists.
I will not apologize for thinking that the IDEA of Sasha Banks as Wrestler of The Year 2015 is silly considering her small body (of work).

Him wrestling ALL the time, and now even twice a night has me just tired of watching him. I honestly prefer the way NXT has it, with not seeing everyone every week. For me anyways, it makes seeing a Sasha Banks match more special, and adds to it.
