Word is getting around on Twitter and elsewhere that Cena may have been injured tonight in a match with Kevin Owens. There is a video on Twitter which may show the injury occuring. It looked like Cena landed on his head/neck trying to execute the flipping sunset flip move that Rey Mysterio used to do. Cena had been using this move in his matches with Owens.
This is very early and we should have better information tomorrow.

And somewhere Vince is drawing up Owens and for no reason other than Vince heard his name Zack Ryder are getting their pink slips.

I hope he's not injured, but I guess if he had to get hurt, it could be worse timing, since he doesn't have a ton going on, with Sting being the bigger part of the Rollins program.

Ouch. Hopefully he's s fine but given Cena's history and the potential to go wrong on that move, I wouldn't be too terribly surprised if he's not.

No matter what you think of the wrestler, I really hope Cena isn't injured, especially a neck injury seeing as he has a history of them.
Maybe it's time to tone him back, make him more of a special attraction.

If not Owens then Rollins will get blamed again. Either way somebody's getting the blame and it's not John Cena.

With Rey or any other cruiserweight, it works because they have the quickness to execute it right. With someone like Cena, it's way too easy to f*** up. Watching the video, the botch seemed to come more from Cena's end, and it caused Owens to fall back wrong.

Well considering the first time he tried it on Owens he nearly took a full on Jig N Tonic instead, this isn't much of a shock. I give him all the credit in the world for really changing things up over the years but that one makes no sense.

From what I can see on the video, he tried to go for his weird Yoshi Tonic thing and messed up the positioning pretty badly, which then dragged them both down to sad times.
I hope he's alright and that he stops attempting that f***ing thing.

Please please please don't blame Owens. Dammit. I hope Cena's okay, but I think it's time to dial Cena back.

Unless they ended it right there with Owens winning, that looks like he's selling the botch as something Owens did to block him.

This doesn't shock me but, what does is the move. I figured he'd injury himself doing the frankensteiner with the way he comes down on his neck.
