- Kevin Kelly and Steve Corino welcomes everyone to the show and introduces the Spanish announce team (not Jose & Joel Maximo), who are holding a sign saying "Don't break our table".
1. Jay Lethal (w/Truth Martini) (c) beat Bobby Fish to retain the ROH World Television Championship. Lethal won after reversing out of a heel hook into a pin while holding the tights.

2. Silas Young beat Dalton Castle (w/The Boys). Towards the end of the match, Young took off his knee brace and tried to use it as a weapon, but the referee took it away. Finish saw Young again attempt to use his knee brace, but one of the Boys attempt to take it away, distracting the ref and allowing Young to hit a low blow on Castle when he tried to give him a German Suplex. Young then hit Misery for the win and dragged the Boys away.
- The Briscoes came out for their open challenge. The Decade came out and said they were joining in on commentary. The Romantic Touch came out, but was kicked out of the ring by the Briscoes. The All-Night Express then made their return, with Rhett Titus knocking out The Romantic Touch before getting in the ring.
3. The All-Night Express (Rhett Titus & Kenny King) beat the Briscoe Brothers (Jay & Mark Briscoe) in an upset. Titus pinned Mark after ANX hit the One Night Stand. Post match, after ANX headed to the back, Adam Page attacked the Briscoes, until ANX came back out and ran them off. The Briscoes then shook their hands.

4. Moose (w/Stokely Hathaway) beat Cedric Alexander (w/Veda Scott) in a No Disqualification match. End of the match saw Alexander getting ready to use wrench on Moose, but was attacked by Hathaway. Scott attacked Hathaway, who forced her into a corner. Alexander went for a drop kick on Hathaway, but he moved out of the way and Alexander hit Scott instead. Moose then speared Alexander through a table followed by a pin for the win.

5. ACH (1) beat Matt Sydal (1) to win the third match in the Best of Five Series. ACH pinned Sydal with a 450.

- Steve Corino wished a (belated) happy birthday to "J. C."
6. The Kingdom (Michael Bennett & Matt Taven w/Maria Kanellis) beat The Addiction (Christopher Daniels & Frankie Kazarian) (c) and The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) in a Three-Way Tag Team match to win the ROH World Tag Team Championship. Towards the end of the match, a person dressed up as a member of the Knights of the Rising Dawn came out and looked like he was going to attack The Young Bucks, but attack The Addiction instead. The Bucks seemed to have the match won with a Meltzer Driver on Kazarian, but Taven blind tagged in and rolled up Matt for the win.
7. AJ Styles beat Adam Cole, Michael Elgin, and Roderick Strong in a Four Corner Survival match to earn a shot at the ROH World Championship. Styles pinned Cole with a Styles Clash.

8. Jay Lethal (w/Truth Martini) (c) defeated Kyle O'Reilly to retain the ROH World Championship. During the match Martini was ejected from ringside by Nigel McGuinness after interfering in the match. Bobby Fish ran out and attacked Lethal when he tried to use the title on O'Reilly after a ref bump, but Donovan Dijak ran out and attacked him. Adam Cole ran out and took out Dijak, and appeared to help O'Reilly, but then laid him out with a superkick. Lethal won after a Lethal injection. Post match The Kingdom came out and joined Cole in the ring, before attacking O'Reilly.
