RAW is live from Dallas, the base area of next year's WrestleMania XXXII, and it's the go home show for this Sunday's Hell in a Cell PPV, so with falling ratings against stiff competition, WWE are going all guns blazing, with the two main event stars on the show, alongside some WWE legends.
For the first time since SummerSlam, Brock Lesnar and The Undertaker will be in the same building, as they prepare to walk into the Cell this Sunday. And it's not the only thing Lesnar will be up to tonight, as following RAW, he's the guest on the Stone Cold Podcast on the WWE Network. But will Taker leave him in one piece to be able to do that show? And will Steve Austin appear before the people in addition to the podcast?
Two other legends are scheduled to appear, namely Ric Flair (who last we saw be cut down to size in the PaigeBomb) and the Heartbreak Kid Shawn Michaels (can't remember anything he's done since his involvement at WrestleMania XXXI). What role will they play on the show? Possibly hyping up Brock/Taker, or something else? Tune in to find out!
Seth Rollins still can't catch a break against Kane - Corporate or Demon. This Sunday, they meet for Rollins' WWE World Heavyweight Championship, where if Demon Kane loses, Corporate Kane will be gone as the Director of Operations. Demon Kane defeated Rollins in a non-title Lumberjack Match on RAW last week, so he's coming in super confident. What will Rollins have to finally counteract him?
If you keep a microphone away from him, Roman Reigns is on a roll. He heads into Sunday's Hell in a Cell match with Bray Wyatt feeling ready to take on the Eater of Worlds head on. He even gained a count-out victory over the Black Sheep Braun Strowman last week. Does Wyatt have anything to give him the upper hand heading into Sunday?
John Cena is supposedly taking time off after Hell in a Cell. Problem is that he's the reigning WWE United States Champion. Dolph Ziggler came close to dethroning him last week on RAW, who will step up this week, and will anything be set up with Cena and the PPV?
In terms of other championships, Kevin Owens is winning matches, but Ryback is coming after his Intercontinental Title, Nikki Bella looks to regain the Divas Title from Charlotte (and what's going on with Paige and Natalya?), and The Dudley Boyz continue to target The New Day for their Tag Team Titles. And what's up with Dean Ambrose and Randy Orton being on Sunday's pre-show? All this and more tonight from 8/7c on USA, and then Lesnar with Austin after the show on the WWE Network!
