The Rangers are wearing the white jerseys at MSG, and the Ducks are wearing alternative jerseys with the Mighty Ducks logo. Things seem right in the hockey world tonight

If anybody is watching the Stars/Hawks game, was it just me, or did they play Nakamura's theme for a second there at the AAC? I heard it clearly on the Stars feed.

So, can we discuss the under 20 world championships in here as well? Because that thing is an hour away from starting. Most hype for the tournament here has been in the Matthews-Laine-Puljujärvi -trio, but I'm mostly interested in what Nylander, Kapanen, Rantanen and Virtanen are able to do in this one.

Double post.
The Huey, Dewey and Louie -line of Ville Peltonen, Saku Koivu and Jere Lehtinen have their numbers frozen in the national team in a moment in the under 20s. Absolutely legendary trio.

The USA beat Canada, 4-2. f*** yeah! With that said, I still only liked our second line(Milano-Dvorak-White) and our defense. Matthews showed up on that fourth goal, but he didn't really do much. Nedjelkovic and the other lines looked shaky and nervous. Louie Belpedio was awesome today.

I just puked in my mouth a little bit. This is the most terrible news I ever woke up too. I had a feeling the oilers were going to make a trade soon. This is the worst kind. Like yeah Scrivens was probably never going to play for the oilers again but I hate that piece of shit Kassian. Bleh

It's going to help the local cocaine dealer whose business has been hurting with all the low oil prices layoffs of in the patch. But in seriousness I doubt his goonery is going to help the Oilers as much as it helped the Canucks.

2016 draft eligible Jesse Puljujärvi has 2+4 after one match and one period of World Junior Championships. Patrik Laine playing extremely well too in the other wing of that line.

Yeah I fear he'll turn out more like current Raffi Torres, rather than say the '06 version of Torres(on-ice anyways)

Gotta think Brayden McNabb is going to hear from the Department of Player Safety for that hit on Hank Sedin. That was pretty dirty.

So. Jesse Puljujärvi now has 2+8 in under three games of action in the Junior World Championships. Auston Matthews' number one pick starting to look a bit shaky in here.

What happened to the Boston club? They used to be good. Home team almost always loses and when they win it's because they are the underdogs in every winter classic. Boston is doing quite well lately especially when they were pegged to be losers this off-season due to the summer of Sweeney. But what the hell happened to Montreal? After having their franchise ever best start they just crashed hard big time.
