You have a choice of one of the lower-tier titles to bring back, which one do you pick?
WWE European Championship: They do enough European shows during the year. Treat it with prestige and it only gets defended on European territory like the original intent.
WWE Hardcore Championship: 24/7 rule. Brawls. All out action. Maybe some fans are longing for this.
WWE Cruiserweight Championship: Made for Kalisto. Make them have an exclusive show for it, like Superstars or Main Event.
WWE Women's Championship: Just to bring back the lineage and dump this divas CRAP.
WCW Television Championship: Not a WWE belt, but make a TV belt that gets defended at all times, plus it can have a USA Network side plate. A title made for Zack Ryder.

The European Championship shall be brought back and renamed the ur a peen Championship.
Every single opening match on RAW will be for it and it will be won by losing, so as to have an official cone of shame in WWE.

the concept of a crusiserweight title seems kinda obsolete with NXT around.

The Hardcore title is the only one that really offers anything different, so I vote for that.
The Cruiserweight title is completely redundant, and always has been since weight limits are irrelevant in wrestling.

Matt Hardy trying to lose 2 lbs to get into the Cruiserweight division made for good TV though.

With the network, they could seriously give some legs to an Internet title..Which Zack Ryder might feel bad over if they did have one.

They have the rights to the ECW titles right? Because I think it's finally time for the return of the ECW Maryland Championship.

I'll give you that, but I've never seen the point in a weight-restricted title when the same wrestlers who qualify for it can also wrestle for the 'heavyweight' title. Either be consistent and restrict the heavyweight title to guys over the cruiserweight limit, or just call the Cruiserweight title something else. Given that at least half the current roster would qualify for the cruiserweight division anyway, just having a lower tier title without any weight restrictions would suffice.

European because it was beautiful. It would give some of the meaningless matches on TV some sort of importance.
If not, Hardcore because it would be fun.

I want to go back to the days where this happened as a main event. And main evented over a WWE Championship match. WWE European Championship Match: Shawn Michaels vs. British Bulldog (C) John Cena would be the perfect European Champion today. Fans overseas would go NUTS with a John Cena European Championship Open Challenge. WWE European Championship Match: John Cena vs. Cesaro John Cena vs. Wade Barrett John Cena vs. Rusev These matches could easily main event overseas in Europe.

Television Title complete with time limit defenses. So much if WWE now is television. That could be THE title for midcarders and feuds if they worked it correctly. The principle behind it is similar to why the Cena open challenges worked. Give someone like Owens the belt and have him beat most talent but run from people like Zayn and it just works

I wouldn't mind seeing a television championship that travels between both the main roster and NXT. Could be an interesting way of utilizing main roster talent in developmental and build up an NXT wrestler to the main roster via a title match.

I don't think a Hardcore title would work in the PG era in my opinion

More titles would be worse.

I don't think a Hardcore title would work in the PG era in my opinion Considering most of the Attitude Era Hardcore Matches were little more then people hitting each other with comic props and taking silly falls and they look more like something you'd see from the Muppets, I think they'd be perfect for the PG Era.

I don't think a Hardcore title would work in the PG era in my opinion I think it could. Give the belt to a high flyer like Kalisto or Neville and let them go nuts with tables, ladders, and the ringside environment.

I'd be more interested in the WCW cruiserweight than the WWE. Technically the same belt but the WCW cruiserweight division was one of THE reasons to watch wrestling at the time. That said, no more minor belts unless you eliminate at least one of the ones that already exist.

That said, no more minor belts unless you eliminate at least one of the ones that already exist. I'd eliminate the United States Championship. I feel that it and the Intercontinental Title are on the same level in kayfabe and thus have no reason to exist. One of the problems I have with WWE's current title structure is that everything is a jumbled mess. WWE has a massively bloated uppercard scene; even though guys like John Cena and Roman Reigns are clearly protected above all others, a lot of guys below them come across more as "lower tier main eventers" than proper midcard-level talent. Anyone above a certain level of the card could easily be moved between the WWE World, IC, and US Title picture without seeming out of place, and anyone below a certain level of the card looks heavily outclassed if they're in the ring with anyone in the first category. Ever since the death of the WHC, and even shortly before that with Ambrose's US Title run, the "midcard" titles have become consolation prizes to give demoted main eventers something to do and and thus real midcarders have no chance at ever winning gold unless they get lucky enough to get attached to one of those guys for a tag title run like Sandow did with Miz. So there really needs to be a title that actual midcarders can realistically win.

I voted European Championship. I like the concept of defending a title only in certain areas. I think it adds a ton of prestige.
But I was torn between that and TV Title. A TV Championship is really cool and would be similar to the US Open Title matches.
Side note: shouldn't the NXT Championship be called the NXT World Championship? It's been defended in England, Japan and the US.
