Honestly, who gives a shit if he's a little larger? The guy doesn't get gassed in his matches and can still work. He clearly has good stamina and is a hell of a wrestler regardless.

Dude has been doing fine but he has gotten a lot heavier since he debuted.
With the schedule they have I'd imagine you want to be in the best shape possible.

They will find absolutely any excuse to not push a guy they don't want to, but if it's one of their chosen ones like say Randy Orton, no amount of wellness violations, backstage issues, PR nightmares, weight gains (remember puffy 2006/2007 Randy after he quit the juice?), or outright crowd apathy, they will put you in the main event even if it costs them money.
It's a wonder how everyone that works at WWE doesn't have serious drinking problems and ulcers the size of quarters.

I hope they make him WWE World Champion before it's too late. Looks good on him.

Owens is a guy that should probably lose about 20 lbs but that's it. He's 6 feet tall so if he actually got fit he wouldn't really come off the same way. 6 foot tall 210 lb Kevin Owens with muscles would require a character change or something.

Giving shitty copy and paste Wrestling NEWZ threads only encourages them.
Last week Owens got rolled up in a bullshit match. After which, he wrecked Neville and had to be pulled away by the referees. Then in the same segment, he beat the crap out of Ambrose.
Later on in the night, Owens took Ambrose out after his match and put him through the announce table.
C'mon people, think before you post NEWZ.
"Sorry, Kev. You're looking a little chubby, so we're only going to let you take out Neville and Ambrose across two different hours of the night."

I think if it was getting in the way of his performance, I can see that being a genuine issue for them. But it really, really hasn't.

I think Kevin Owens only has to worry if Scott Steiner suddenly becomes head of booking.

These reports are gonna be around until Owens gets fired or looks like Dolph Ziggler. Might as well get used to it now.
They could be doing a storyline on TV where Owens is Stephanie's secret lover because he's the only one that can tame the Alpha Female that leads to Owens squashing HHH in like 5 minutes on PPV and we'd still be getting reports like, "WWE Officials concerned that Owens' weight is affecting the belivability of him giving the D to Stephanie."

Newz nowadays is just so lazy like a millennial. I miss the days of Mighty Mouse Neville, AJ Lee is pregnant, and Kalisto: Gay Hairdresser. Let's address the elephant in the room: Kevin Owens is fat. It is not effecting his work or heat at all but he is bigger than when he signed. If WWE was going to punish him for that, they would had done it already and in emansculating fashion. This is smarkbait and no good smarkbait at that.

These aren't new reports tbh. This has been said since Owens moved onto the main roster and feuded with Cena, this was said when Orton made that fat joke.

The title read to me as a quote from Owens himself. I'm glad that isn't the case.
This is just another bullshit newz headline "justified" by being phrased as a question. At least they left the question mark on the end (unlike the OP). Stop spreading this crap and supporting this type of journalism for f***'s sake. A question is not a news story.

I can see where he's coming from. Its not just an appearance issue, when you are heavier it means that much more stress on you're joints-and combined with the rough and tumble of being a wrestler, it can take a toll fast. Plenty of super muscular (aka juicer) wrestlers have the same problem. And I can also imagine that with the insane travel schedule WWE stars have, it can't be easy to maintain a healthy lifestyle and avoid the convenience of drive thru. He'll never the uber ripped type star, but no doubt getting heavier is less than pleasing for him as a performer. Hope he can figure out a balance.

I cannot even tell what that article is trying to do. No credible sources are used, the speculation isn't even solid and then they bounce between whether it is an issue or not. Goodness, not even rajah is that bad.

Goodness, not even rajah is that bad. Yeah, this Inquistr site is the new Rajah/CageSideSeats/etc. They look up a bunch of copy paste dirtsheets and string together a one page article. Fine "journalism".
