The end game will be Seth Rollins.
It's going to happen.

The incredibly biased mark side of me is like, "Man, HHH these nuts." The critical, analytical side of me is so freaking happy with that match. So much great booking I want to toss some money at my laptop like this shit was in Mexico. Styles debuting to a massive pop (probably the biggest of the night) only to get eliminated by Owens so he can get his heat back from the loss earlier in the night. Zayn shows up and makes an impact by eliminating his hated rival. Roman being taken out mid-way through the match so you don't have to give away Roman/Lesnar before their eventual rematch that should be built up huge. That's also why they had to get Styles out of there before Lesnar got in, now Styles doesn't have to be bodied by Brock on his first night in. Truth being f***ing hilarious. Roman getting flash eliminated after a distraction by Sheamus so you don't have to give away HHH/Roman for more than a couple minutes. Not only did nearly everything make sense, the action was exciting the entire way through. The last five minutes were just great for the most part. So often, WWE seemingly goes out of their way to annoy my wrestling OCD. Tonight, they basically had sex with my wrestling OCD and it was outstanding. Somebody hand me a cigarette. I loved the match as a whole, but the ending and where it's going can suck on a million dicks.

Just because the story is predictable doesn't mean it's a bad story.
I'm so tired of the Heel authority figure routine, though. I know it's USA's doing, and all that... but.. man, I'm tired of it. Unless it's Dario Cueto, but that's another promotion entirely.

Everybody saw that happening.
Stevie Wonder saw it coming and he's blind.
Ray Charles saw it coming and he's blind not to mention DEAD
But there is one positive from all of this.
Wednesday is The Season 2 Premiere of Lucha Underground.

And shit like this is why they don't have any new stars. Ambrose would have been made tonight if he won that opening match than the Rumble. HHH even at almost 50 years old still burying everyone. Who did Triple H bury? He came in at number 30 and beat up a bunch of guys who were already pummeled, and still barely pulled it off. Fact of the matter is it's Wrestlemania season, they invested a lot of energy into this Triple H/Roman Reigns feud to not commit to it at this point, and it probably is the biggest star power main event you can get this year. I wouldn't want Ambrose to squeeze a title reign in the middle of this just for it to end up being Roman Reigns/Triple H anyways. I'd rather let them get this out of their system before Ambrose gets his time. The thing that drives me crazy about modern wrestling is that Roman Reigns is gonna be looking at his 3rd title reign in a year's time, but I think that's just a fact of life I gotta get used to.

All I have to say is I'm glad I stopped watching 2 and a half years ago.
They could maybe provide an interesting storyline if they tried, but nah...evil Authority vs. Underdog Reigns.
Silly.

Yes.. It makes sense for the story but the problem is.. The story involves one guy who isn't getting over as a face and was BOOED out of the building yet booked to overcome the odds like hes freakin Hulk Hogan.
The Story aint working.. If its not working abandon it. Reigns isn't gonna be an over baby face by Mania. People can see through it.. The "overcoming the odds" thing isn't gonna work no matter what they do.
What do people think Reigns is going to be miraculousy some over baby face by WM?? He'll have even more resentment from the fans against him.

If WrestleMania sucks I'll probably cancel my network subscription. I promised myself a few months back if the product still sucks & WrestleMania itself sucks than I'm going to cancel it.

I'm down with Trips winning. He still eliminated a fan favourite in Ambrose to win so he gets heel heat while eliminating Roman to win would have made him a face in the fans eyes.

Another issue I have is that there's no incentive to want to see Roman Reigns win. If he beats Triple H at WrestleMania, so what? He's a three-time champion who beat The Authority. Nevermind the fact that he beat The Authority to win his first WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Survivor Series and then he beat The Authority when he regained the title on Raw in December. There's no logical conclusion to the story other than "but now this match happens at WrestleMania!"
If he wins, then the next night on Raw, Triple H or Stephanie or Mr. McMahon will emerge and order a rematch with the deck stacked against Reigns and we'll continue treading the same water we've been treading since Seth Rollins had to vacate the championship last fall.

I wonder how many people here are "done" watching WWE this year In the way that matters to them, at least this person. I cancelled my subscription to WWE Network and won't resubscribe until Triple H is permanently retired. His obsession with sucking his own dick is just too much.

I'm rooting for HHH against Roman at Wrestlemania.
Then I can be 0 for 2 on the only times I've rooted for HHH, since he let me down in the Cena mania match years ago.

Triple H as champion in 2016 is just so ridiculous.
Well I mean I knew something like this would happen eventually because it's Triple H and his ego means that he'll be booking himself as a top star until the day he dies, but it's ridiculous putting the belt on a guy who wrestles less now than the Undertaker.
People get blinded by their love for NXT but this is who Triple H is. He really is the character Max Landis said he was.

Can I just point out that Triple H outpopped the champion, tho. He literally got TRIPLE H chants when he got in the ring, and he was the heel!
If they're smart, they'll go with Triple H/Ambrose at WrestleMania. I can't remember the last time a final two got the whole arena out of their seats. Hell, I was at home, and I got out of my seat!!
