Colonel DeBeers I think could have been a good WWF heel. He worked there in 1983 under the name The Polish Prince, managed by Blassie.

Alex Wright pre- or post-Berlyn versions... That's actually quite a surprise for many reasons: He pinned HHH clean in their only PPV match and he was big in Germany where WWE was still quite popular back then. It would have surprised me if he had a shot at or run with the European Championship only to be squashed by Triple H. I'm actually glad that never happened.

Devon Storm and Daffney. Yeah, they both had developmental deals, but Im shocked they never made the main roster

Chris Adams never wrestled in WWF, right? No actual WWF shows, so far as I know - he was on a handful of New Japan cards that featured WWF talent exchanges in 1981, but that's the closest I can find.

Scotty Riggs, Simon Diamond and Johnny Swinger come to mind. I know Riggs and Diamond worked a couple of matches each over the years and Swinger had a short jobber stint 10 years ago, but I think they would have worked great as a lower mid-card duo or trio in the late 90s.
